Love coming here to relax and unwind. I come to get my hair done at the spa, get a massage, or grab a bite to eat in their food court. There's a great selection of things on offer from shops to day spas, restaurants (from many cuisines), movies (love coming to gold class) and it's all on the Southbank water front. Highly recommend if you're in town and want to hit up some entertainment or you need a day/night out

I honestly couldn't fault our stay at crown towers last month. The service was impeccable and we were blown away by how far the staff would go out of their way to help us. The room took our breath away. Pure luxury, everything was so clean and fresh. The furniture was in new condition. Crystal Club was amazing and well worth the money. Amazing range of bars and restaurants to suit everyone's budget. Only one thing I think could be improved would be the pool. Would love to have seen a proper spa. The one in the pool was not warm. If you plan to stay at Crown Towers you won't regret it. For a special winter escape it was money well spent.

Overall a great place to stay. Nice spacious rooms and beautiful view from our room. The staff were well trained and very friendly.

It's an entertainment centre which caters for adults as well as children. There are kids zone, shopping, cinema, food courts as well as decent restaurants, hotel.... and not forgetting the casino. Plus Southbank river front promenade, river walks and access to city centre. I was there dining in Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. We paid for the view.

It was a great place, went for a bucks and did laser tag which was pretty good. They have awesome gear and everything seems to be working, although it was a bit of a small location. Otherwise crown is a great place for everyone

Had dinner at Koko for a large party of about 20 people. We had a 12 course meal. Food was alright, some dishes are great, some does not seem too fresh, like it has been prepare too long before. I am very happy with the service, it was really good.

A luxury hotel with superbly comfortable for out. The staff are attentive and lovely. such a nice place to stay in Melbourne. It is worth every cent.

When to the Casino and we went to the poker part. We just go to the bar and drink beers, cocktails and catch up which is nice because usually Dad would want to leave but he goes and plays poker which gives us time to chill and talk plus the music is not too loud so we can hear eachother talk. Dad ended up winning some money so we went to Lucky Chan. Beautiful restaurant but the food was just okay. Not a place to recommend but great location for people to spend if they win.

The hotel was super comfortable, we stayed in the deluxe king room with really comfy carpet and big bathroom. At the time of check in only level 5 rooms were available, however waking up to the skyline of Melbourne out the window was still fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast at the conservatory was expansive and delicious, however pricey.

Went to playtime to try the vr experience. My head unit wasn't working so they moved me to another pod, my controllers weren't working for that either. They apologized and gave me a refund plus bonus cards. My partners pod worked fine so he had a great experience shooting zombies. Really happy with the overall outcome.
