The hotel is just okay. It's an older building that could use an update for sure. The girl that worked the front desk at check in had an attitude problem especially when we couldn't find the parking lot. What a cluster that was. If you are going to Deadwood for a sight seeing stay then I'd recommend it just because it's right in the heart of town but if you are traveling through I would not recommend it.

Really great location, clean rooms, and helpful service .. for the most part. I really think Management should have a conversation with the person who works the PM shift. She was incredibly unpleasant at every interaction. She would sit at the desk and talk on her computer about a game of some sort and every time you needed something it was like you were demanding something extra even if it was as simple as being let into the pool or signing up for the gambling package. If it wasn't for her this review would be 5 stars.

Nice little hotel, though quite expensive. Beds and bathrooms are good.
Inside rooms may overlook the lobby/foyer, or a hallway: so not good. I got a bed on the outside luckily.
Breakfast was surprisingly good too.

This was an unplanned stop in our trip. We were very impressed with the hotel and our stay was enjoyable. I wish we would have been able to stay longer.

Great place to stay right on Main Street. Super convenient location for traveling around the area. The one thing that would have changed it to 5 stars is if the room had a microwave and mini fridge. We have some amzing leftovers and couldn't eat them. Overall great place to stay.

I'd like to add a star for a couple of friendly staff members, but I just can't. My stay was the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Plumbing problems compounded by an EXTREMELY RUDE manager made that happen! Otherwise, I still found the place generally uncomfortable.

Great hotel. We had a short stay but enjoyed it. Free breakfast was good and restocked often. The hotel needs a second elevator though.

The bed was comfortable, weird that the window was actually to the hall by the vending machines and not to actual outside. Everyone getting off the elevator passes by your window which is inside the atrium. The A/C didn't get cold enough.

Heather at the front desk was amazing. We had a long hot drive and then a mix up with our reservation so we were very frustrated. Heather was very calm, friendly and got us our room quickly.
