We went to see Brian Regan at the event center and everyone we meet was very kind and courteous. It would be best if the seating was staggered because we were all on the same level so tall people in front of you blocked the view.

Saw a show at the venue upstairs, which had great lighting and seating, but left something to be desired without theater seating. Gaming downstairs could use more live games like craps, but otherwise we had a great time!

Clean, nice decor, taking the time to find the old parts of the building was fun. You need to switch elevators to get to your room ,but that did add to the charm. Pool is open 24 hours. Staff is great.

We might consider coming back but it was just okay. The key cards were reset for the entire building one evening so everyone had to go and get them reprogrammed. The cafe is supposed to open at 7 a.m. but at 7:15 there was still no signs of life. Their map needs a little more detail - we thought the tequila bar was Santana's. The access to the hotel is a little convoluted and inconvenient. The restaurant food was great.

A very cute town. Holiday Inn Grand Resorr is a great property. Historic charm. Friendly staff. Steve did an outstanding job as valet and bell hop. He gave us a lot of helpful suggestions.
