Was much more reminiscent of Las Vegas styled gaming than other venues avail. In Arizona. After 4 months & over 130k in slot playing at Gila river casinos a terrible experience with the way some of the staff conducted themselves towards me, I decided to find another gaming establishment to frequent. I’m an exceedingly heavy slot player and was hoping to get a host, but no one could offer me any avenues to speak to someone about this at the players club. I made gold tier in 2 months and was about to become platinum imminently when I figured why even bother if I don’t feel comfortable there now. I’m also a Diamond Elite status Member with Caesar's Palace Properties but I just bought a house up in north Phoenix and Harrahs is too far so it’s either Casino Arizona or Desert Diamond.

Best concert Venue in Tucson. Arrive 2 hrs before concerts so you can dine at there elegant AGAVE Restaurant! Play in the very cool casino after concert or dance at there night club!

Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant in the casino was 5 ***** stars +. The meals were exquisite and the service outstanding. The performance by the Irish Riverdance dancers had somewhat of a different theme going to their script. But their dancing, singing and violin playing were stupendous. They always put on a excellent show. I enjoyed the evening. Equally, plenty of parking and when leaving the casino they had traffic attendants directing traffic quickly through that was a 20 star plus.

A great show. Jeff Foxworthy was so good! Laughed the whole time! The venue is really nice. Beautiful water feature at the entrance. Looking forward to seeing Ron White in April!

The casino is a great place to go! For those who Gamble and those who like to eat. On Sunday afternoon they have a fabulous Buffet which includes shrimp and crab. One of my very favorite places!

We went there to see the American pop show. Excellent venue great acoustics. Very comfortable seats. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Drinks were reasonably priced. I would give them a 5 except for the restaurants close at 8 pm. Just a small deli counter was open.

Sunday prime rib was half fat and the rest was so tough that I had to spit out every bite. Portions are small for the price. Service is slow.
