Had a great day at Diamond Jacks on new Year Day. Great slots and attentive staff. The brunch was fabulous and even had free champagne. Will definitely make this an every year event.

Fun adult entertainment with free adult beverages that is more than willing to keep your hard-earned money! Several restaurants on location. The buffet is always tasty, with seafood on weekends. Buffet is pricey at $24, unless you have coupons. The hotel is nice and ckean as well.

Drove 4 hours through rain to get to my king suite only to be greeted by staff who were messing with their cell phones. When they finally looked up, they informed me that despite the fact my card was charged for a room, they had none available. I will never ever visit this hotel again. I advise that this hotel be avoided.

This is the nastiest, rudest casino that I have ever been to!! You have to walk a block from your room to the casino, that has very few machines that are in working order and if they are they are penny machines and they are so close together that your bumped into constantly! It takes 30 min to get a drink because the waitress is also the bartender they have no room service and anything that wrong (like the coffee pot did not work) they will not do anything to fix the problem the bed is nothing but springs! And the tv is so old as fuzzy you can't see it. Not to mention the view of the roof top! No room service! For $200.00 a night, your pretty much on your own and could have stayed at the motel 6 and walked as far as it was to the casino or back to the grill to get a $12 hamburger!! ! Horrible experience overall!! I would NOT recommend staying her at all!! Very disappointed!

I did go back to this casino my husband and I. And I must say. We had a better experience. We had a lot of fun. So this is for Paula Hutchins. Thank you whatever you did or said to your staff. We had way better experience and will definitely come back

Staff, even though I've read several bad reviews and some good, my wife and I will be visiting the casino Sat and hope to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary there. Please make sure that our stay is pleasant and pleasing. I look forward to seeing you on Sat.

The room was clean. The bathroom was great. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The rest of the room was about 10 years out of date. The casino smelled like the men's room in a whole in the wall bar. I would give it three stars, but I had sex that night. That is always worthy of a star.
