This seems to be a truck driver plaza and were not very happy with the way we were treated. They waited til we lost $100 to inform us that rv"s are not permitted in their lot. I would not recommend this for a family as we were uncomfortable even sitting at the machines. I was however happy with my meal at the diner. Enter at your own risk!!

Good food, great prices, one of the only places left with both. Casino has wide variety of games, sometimes there's a lot of riff raff, but I haven't encountered anything that I couldn't handle :)

The amount of pimps and working girls outnumber normal guests. Men's restroom is a horror show. Old 4th st. street walkers have found a home. Casino brothel sketchiness.

Locals hangout with a great staff from the bartender to the Porters , very hard workers as well as friendly.

There are a lot of different type of people down at diamonds their customer service is very good they have the little food part it's excellent they have very good service there I love their food I love their tuna melt as far as everything else you have to go down and see it for yourself and then make your judgement on it okay.

My first time at this casino was horrible. As a small casino next to the famous Ramada hotel, I expected Diamond Casino service to be comparable to Ramada, but it was not.
The "so-claimed" manager (overnight shift on July 21, 2018) gave me the rudest, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every question I asked him, he answered with: "Because I can. Because I want to." And the security guards looked so gloomy (not authoritive like many security guards).
Since it was at night, the change service didn't have anyone inside the room so I thought waiting in line will do the job. When then my friend got up to change his chips, the "manager" called service to helped him. Such as ass. There was so much more details to this, but I shouldn't say it to save his face.
The bartender also overcharged me for two beers (taking those charges as his tips without my consent). The cook was nice, but was slow and my fries were overdone.
Anyways, I will never return to this casino or support it at all. I highly recommend other casinos because there are so many in Reno and are closeby with better and professional services.

It was good. I won a hundred and fifty bucks playing nickles on a$10 by in. Had three Coronas and had fun. While watching the Warriors. Ran into a friend of mine. Had more fun. I give it a 4.5 not perfect but almost.
