Beautiful campground close to the beach. Not far from the ranger station neither. No power and only Telstra has reception here. Only $2 coin is accepted for shower. $2 for 3 minutes but can put in multiple coins for extended shower time.

Amenities are good and it is kids friendly in the fenced area. Beach front sites and not exactly beach front but very close and grass sites which helps keeping the tents a little bit cleaner! Just remember the $2 gold coins for hot showers

Lower, beachfront camp ground at Waddy. Walking tracks connect to the top camp sites in the fenced campground above. Great for larger groups with lots of vehicles or boats. Easy access to beach and fishing.

Great spot if you want a bit more protection than being in the dunes, plus there are water, shower and toilet facilities available.

Great camping area for families. Lots of fishermen around.
In the upper fenced camp area it's nice and shady for hot days. Warm showers were a godsent half way through a week on the island. Beautiful sand dunes once you're on the beach - perfect for playing on!
