It’s cool to stay in don laughlins “home” but this resort just isn’t what it used to be when I was here 9 years ago. Fun if your an adult and can do what you want. Fun if your a kid 13 and under with money. Not so fun for anyone 14-20. Being 20, your faced with one year of not being able to enjoy more than half the entertainment here. The things that I can do are not as appealing to me anymore as they used to be. I wish there was a club or somewhere to meet people my age here. “Fun for everyone” I beg to differ. Add more amenities for bored teens please!

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly employees who seem to love their jobs. We had dinner at the Prime Rib room and the meat was so tasty and tender. Highly recommend staying here.

My first time here and I enjoyed it a lot. The slots machines were great and atmosphere and drinks made everything almost perfect. The food was really good, with reasonable prices. Room was peaceful with a view of Colorado River and mountains, made for a very good night's sleep. Very enjoyable trip.

Overall, it was a pretty good hotel. We did have issues in the beginning with them giving us a smoking room which reeked. We called the front and they didn't want to change our room but eventually they did. The hotel is definitely outdated but rooms are pretty clean. If you don't like the smell of smoke, stay in the south tower which is family friendly. The buffet is alright, nothing spectacular. The view of the river is amazing. Good customer service throughout the hotel. They have tons of family friendly activities!

An older casino resort but still a wonderful place. Lots of older slots plus many of the newer ones too. The slot machines seem to pay off pretty good too. Hubby and I saw a concert at the theater and although a bit rundown, the seats were VIP and were very inexpensive. We were just left of stage and the first seats in the second row. Well worth any amount of money for the entertainment.

Been coming here for years and always recommend this place. I gamble a lot here. For the most part this place is great despite the rooms needing updating. This time our room still had a dirty bathroom. It had a shirt hanging in there and when we called and just asked for someone to freshen it up, we got attitude and no one ever came. My mom had to clean the shower herself. Then we packed our bags and went to breakfast before checking out and came back and the money I left of our table was gone. I was leaving it for a tip anyways, but the point is, we haven’t even checked out and they went in our room while we were at breakfast and took the money from the table. They don’t provide safes so watch your money if you leave it in the room.

Don't go to win big just for a good time. Most progressive jackpots are into the millions which means they are paying out. But if you have $1000 to play with and don't mind leaving behind you can play for awhile.
The staff are AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable and excited when you are.

The bowling lanes were clean and well kept, staff was lively, the technology for the game worked well, overall no problems. The pool game was much the same. No problems with the quarter machine under the table (used to dispense the balls), there was chalk for the poles, the poles we're good quality, the pool tables looked well kept, etc. Overall, good looking place, functioning technology, and a good atmosphere. No complaints here!

Carpet ragged. Room reasonably clean. Most staff helpful. Prime rib room salad mediocre other items very limited but great prime rib. Buffet had much better salad bar and great selection of entrees. Always a great breakfast with made to order omelets.

Seafood buffet was good. As usual there was a line to get in. Only downfall I would say they had is they didn't have the cocktail and tartar sauces labeled properly for use when you're eating fish. Otherwise a very fine selection for the buffet. The gambling is also good and we had a very nice attentive cocktail server as well.
