Great hotel in a great location near major highways. Service was excellent. Room was large and very clean. Only downside is that only options for parking are valet parking via the hotel for $32 / day, or street parking (which is metered). Street parking worked out fine and we never had a problem finding a space within 1/2 - 1 block of the hotel. I'd recommend street parking if you dont mind the minor inconvenience, its significantly cheaper and very easy to do via the ParkDetroit App.
Will definitely stay here next time in Detroit.

Fantastic hotel a little on the outskirts of the Detroit tourist area, but still just a short walk from everything you could want to do downtown. And they have a shuttle going to the major venues during events if you need it.
Rooms are *massive* and immaculately maintained.
Oh... And free cookies.... Soooo many free cookies :)

A reasonably priced hotel and a good location. This is just a short walk to greektown, as well as comerica park, fox theater and other local attractions. Their valet service is quick to pull up your car when needed. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The bar is a good option for a cocktail or snack, and their bartender was very friendly.

The room was tidy and found nothing to nitpick at; the linens were fresh, bathroom was stocked and very clean.
The happy surprise was the shuttle service they provided; driver essentially took us to wherever we wanted to go.

OK, mixed bag for me here. most of the staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable. The bar/restaurant was nice and the room was very nice and clean and recently updated. this is why it gets three stars. I booked 8 rooms for a group, and one of those people got in very late, and they had given away their room, after they called to confirm they were coming! Very frustrating. Also, there was some confusion about a package waiting for me at the desk, that the management refused to send home to me until I called and complained to Hilton corporate. So mostly good, it was nice.

Bar staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast restaurant has a good buffet and order menu. Staff for this is great.
I had to dock one star because the "restaurant" for dinner is only served in the bar. The menu is extremely limited and mediocre quality. Definitely a negative in a hotel this nice. I wish the hotel would elevate the quality and quantity of their dinner menu and utilize their dining room for evening cuisine.

One good thing about my stay was the staff! They are very nice and friendly. Other than that, our room was filthy. You can feel the grime on the carpet under our feet. The couch was badly stained and the chair was ripped. It was also lots of stains on the desk chair. The tv had a crack down the screen in the bed room so we couldn’t even watch tv. It was the night before my wedding and i did not enjoy myself fully.

Checked in late night with a pre-pay and Samar at the front desk tried to lecture us about calling if we’re going to be late. Other than that, loved the size of the room and spacious bathroom. Street parking or valet. Starbucks on the main floor gives it an ok in my book! I would stay again.
