Took one hour for a children's burger on the day they have a burger special. They were apologetic and did not charge in the end. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen that all tables seemed to be waiting over 45 minutes for their food and everyone was served at once. Nice waitress.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and clean. This place is pet friendly but dogs stay for $35, so about the half of what a humans are paying. Breakfast is not part of a deal but variety of breakfasts ate available for few dollars. There's free WiFi, laundry and swimming pool.

We enjoy staying at the hotel when visiting family. Am also pleased we are able to keep our therapy and service pets in the room with us. The beds are comfortable and thankfully the A.C. works great in the hot summer. I would suggest the vending machines be filled on a more regular basis for the ever hungry grandson. Especially because the closest convenience store is 20-30 miles away.

Love their Seafood & prime rib buffet. Staff is quiet and didn't have tables wiped down right away so we had to wait to sit down. Their kids menu only has 3 items to choose from but they are worth the price. Good serving size. It would be nice to have a restroom in the restaurant area so we don't have to take our kids out on the floor.

This casino needs to start doing a massive cleaning procedure. I constantly see people's cigarette butts on the sides of machines, how gross! Has all casino employees been trained to go through a fire drill? What if thete was a fire and not everyone was able to get out of casino? Do you realize the liability this would have on for employees and customers?

The rooms are fairly nice and always have been, and the hotel staff is friendly. The food on this occasion was abysmal from the restaurant. The slot machine variety was good but I really miss the higher possible jackpots. Every gambler dreams of the life altering win, that's a big party of the fun and when those aren't the it hurts the experience. The changes in free play are a big downside as well.

There was flies in the restaurant. Big black ones. The crab legs were cold. Customer service was poor

Haven't been there in a very long time,except disappoint in resteraunt was pleasantly impressed with some of changes I saw. Lites, cleanly of bathrooms, carpets same but much cleaner. Loved the 2 waitresses on floor. The man at players window and man fixes machines were very hospitable. BIG CHANGES!!!!!!
