Always hit a few hundred here on the $5 penny machines. Elegant environment, full buffet, and love the casual restaurant by the entrance for sweets and burgers. They even have a noodle bar which is authentic and delicious. Easy parking. If you stay in the hotel, take a walk across the street to Fully Stacked for pizza or Nicky's for frozen margaritas.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is good and the employees are friendly . I just wish Eldorado would listen the machines up more. I win more money at the competition next door.

My husband & I have stayed here a few times, we've enjoyed every time. We stayed on the pet floor with our yorkie & he enjoyed it to. I'm glad that we can enjoy our stay & bring our pet baby with no worries. Thank you Eldorado for allowing us to bring our baby & letting him stay in your hotel. We will be back again !

Didn't stay in Hotel this time, but normally have. Good quality for the price. Service was good overall very friendly staff. Only had one instance where the drink girl didn't seem too happy. My girlfriend asked what drinks were good and her reply was "I don't drink" and no real suggestions on what to get. Other than that was good and will be back

The services was bad. The birthday girl got her food last and everyone else was finish with their food. The food was cold when it came to the table. Fire the cooks, because the food wasn't season. I know this place been open for a month. So I hope this review help the owner do better. If not this place will be closed before this year is over. Unhappy customers

Located in the center of downtown and across the river from Bossier, this Resort and Casino has everything that you could really ask for. They have incredible gaming we are winning is not as hard as you might think and impeccable service and staff that really make you feel at home and are accommodating and every way possible. I would definitely recommend staying here checking it out for yourself and just kicking back relaxing and having a good time.

Average casino. Not enough tables open when we were there. Training a new dealer during a peak (Cinco De Mayo @ night). Atmosphere is a little dated. Had one awesome dealer. Hotel accommodations were good. Can't say anything too bad about the place, but nothing differentiating it from any other Shreveport casino.

One of my favorite casinos in Shreveport. The air isn't clogged with smoke like some of the others. Might not pay out as much on the slot machines but the atmosphere is great. The drinks were also mixed to perfection.

This place is the BEST buffet EVER!!!!! The food, the staff, even the guests were all courteous and polite and caring. I had a wonderful time. The snow crabs (with the hot drawn butter) were excellent. I feasted on them until I could eat no more and I topped my meal off with cheesecake and truffles. What a buffet.
