Huge variety! Beautiful salad bar, Mexican food, Chinese food, pasta, meat galore, deli, seafood, lots of desserts, blueberry pie was delicious! Good service! Clean. We will go again next time in Reno.

Love Toucan Charlie's but our visit on Memorial Day weekend for the Bloody Mary Brunch was not the best. The Bloody Mary's were awful. So many full glasses were being left on tables so it wasn't just us that didn't like them. You could not taste the alcohol at all - I am not a big drinker so usually taste the smallest amount. They were also extremely spicy - I think the Tabasco is a personal thing and should be on the table to be added as and when. Food was average. Not at all what we have come to expect from Toucan Charlies.

One of the best buffets in town. A better selection than most others in Reno, with better quality food. Custom cooked eggs and omelettes in the morning and the selections on the cutting block are always fantastic for lunch or dinner. Plenty to choose from in sides and desserts. Combine all that with solid service and you have the buffet at the Atlantis.

We really love the Buffet here at the Atlantis. It has something for everyone and is really the most comparable to a Vegas buffet. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that it is just a bit higher priced than it could be. Lunch could be more like 15.99 on a weekday. That being said the dessert bar is great with lots of variety and even sugar free selections. The food stays fresh on the buffet line and the people are willing to assist with questions and serving you at the various stations. It's fine for kids too with lots of variety even a picky eater will find something.

Probably one of the best buffets. Lots of great and yummy choices. Just wish you didn't have to walk through smoke to get to it.

The food was decent, and so this review is purely representative of the business practices. After a 30 minute wait in line, the cashier informed us that the lunch buffet for 2 people would be ~ $76.00. When I mentioned how the website for the buffet listed the weekday lunch price at only $18.99 a person I was informed that we were both being charged for 2 bloody Mary's in addition to the buffet. This was a non-negotiable addition. I expressed how my wife and I do not drink, but the buffet charged us for the 4 drinks anyway. There was no mention of this on the website, signs, anything that would have informed us of this additional cost. We were so hungry we paid the extra cost anyway, but will NEVER return to this buffet! Be warned, you may show up, and be scammed same as us...

Service was on point, wait was not too bad but for the price you pay food was just okay. Does not matter if you have numerous choices if it is just okay and I agree with someone else on here about the dessert they were not good.

Definitely a great buffet for people who love seafood! Which is awesome for me. Not so great for people who don't like my husband not much of a variety of things to eat even though it said steak and seafood! The crab was amazing! Most of the dessert was pretty good! It was extremely busy when we got there at 7:30, we stood in line for 30 mins, then waited to be seated for another 10 mins. I would definitely go back!

Tried here on a Friday evening at 5. Register service and seating were rude, not friendly and didn't make us feel like they even wanted to be at work. Even though there were many open tables they sat us all next to each other which felt very cramped for not being busy. The food was so so. I was surprised as this used to be an excellent buffet. A lot of the food was old and dry tasting, which is weird since they just opened for the evening. For the price it's definitely not worth it. Even if the food was the best I'd ever had, the service all around was so poor, I'll never come back.
