Needs maintenance for sure. It's old and nice.. Heating didn't work the first night. Not enough pressure of water. Winter pool doesn't look clean and is too crowded. Breakfast is ok and people are nice enough.

Es el peor hotel ..de los mucho q yo he visitado...Para ver tv cuando estaba trabajado. ..teniamos q sentarnos en la Cama. .2 o 3 veces por noche el tv se solo encendida solo por mas de 30 segundo. ..El segundo dia de Nuestra estadia ..pedimos silla ...nos traje ron 2 silla una de Madera. .la otra inmunda sucia ..por ultimo..en Nuestra Ultima noche de estadia. .una gotera en Nuestra habitacion . .tome 2 fotografias de esta..

Muy buena ubicacion del hotel, nuestra habitacion tiene vista al lago, excelente! Habitacion con gran espacio interior, el baño es grande, la cama es bastante comoda, tiene mini bar que tiene un costo adicional, la habitacion no tiene aire acondicionado pero por la zona de Chile creo que no hace mucha falta, solo diria que los muebles son algo viejos o ese es el estilo, las puertas y marcos de las ventanas tambien estan en el mismo estilo.

This was one of the best experiences in my life. I went to Pucón on an academic conference, but the landscape , the city, and the people really stole my heart. I want to return next year and have more time to enjoy this awesome town.

A building from the 1930s, renovated somewhere in the 1970s, but nothing after that. It isn't a romantic place, or family hotel. But it could be a great place to shoot Shinning 2

Great breakfast. Bathrooms (on the most expensive double bedrooms) are not that great.

Le falta repasar un poco el mantenimiento, pero continúa siendo una buena opción en los hoteles de la zona. Habitaciones espaciosas y de calidad.
