We love going to Buca di Beppo, for there good food and atmosphere, however last night for my daughters Birthday we had the worst server I have experienced in going to a restaurant ever. She didn't approach us with a welcoming face let alone with a welcome period. I never saw a smile on her face and she made us all feel that she had something or somewhere better to be. She rushed us through our meal. While we were still eating our dinner and socializing she was asking us if we wanted our meals boxed. Not impressed with her service, will definately think twice about going back!

Great food, good service. Will go back. They prefer to keep the check together which we understand because of the family service, but doesn't work well if the server doesn't understand that a single individual in a party of 8 shouldn't be paying for 1/4 of the meal, but we managed that at the table amongst ourselves. Overall a good experience and we were well taken care of.

Had a great private lunch on New year's Eve. Was taken up to the 3rd floor. God bless the poor hostess going up and down those stairs all day. Really enjoyed the food. Portions are intended for 2-4 I believe. We went with the lunch portions instead. Although we were sat in a room with no other patrons we were never forgotten by our waitress. She offered us great service. The restaurant itself has many humorous images throughout. The whole place seems a bit outrageous. Glad we stumbled upon this place during our trip. Great recovery meal after the Steelers game the night before.

My family and I came to eat this past holiday weekend, and we had an amazing time! Our waitress Caitlin was so pleasant and kept us laughing the whole time! We felt like we were right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable evening. The fried calamari was the crowd favorite, but my personal favorite was definitely the prosciutto stuffed chicken! Thick and juicy, and the outside nice and crispy like I like it. We can't wait to come back.

This is my wife's and I go to place for a nice Italian meal. The portion system is a cool idea and leaves you with plenty to take home. Not THAT expensive but for what you are getting it's worth it. So much to choose from, the mozzarella garlic bread was awesome as well as the stuffed proscutio chicken. If you're in the city of Pittsburgh, stop by the Station Square location and have a nice meal.

Smells so weird. Food is pretty pedestrian. Service was great. Honestly it just smelled like mildew and cat pee. Was gross smelling.

Great food and service. There was a hair in my spaghetti (gag) but the lady gladly made more without additional charge. We got the special front row kitchen seat. Sooooooo hot I literally left my family and went to sit by the station square fountains to cool off. Other than that it was good food.

Where to start...called weeks in advance for a college graduation party. Told them we wanted a graduation cake they said ok. We got there, they said they don't do them. Once we get there and they have 12 of us seated at 5pm, they tell us we need to be done by 645 because they have a party of 20 coming and need the room. Manager advises all reservations have a 2 hour time limit. Needless to say we had to rush thru dinner and didn't leave enough time for gift exchanges, etc. Lastly, the room was so sweltering hot you didn't even feel like eating. I've been to other buca de peppo's and never had any of these issues. Will be taking this one off my list to NEVER go to again.

Great food, service is on par, but the restaurant is filthy, with mold on the ventilation grates in the ceiling of the lobby and an insane amount of dust on everything on the walls. Theres no way this place has had a deep cleaning in the last 10 years. I noticed massive cobwebs on the old wine bottles in the ceiling on the 3rd floor as well.
