Never in my life have i had someone treat me as bad as this girl did to me today. She's a chubby dark frida looking girl name claudia. Shes so rude. I really dont know how they allow her to work there. She needs to be re trained and perhaps put on probation or something. As a CEO of a small business i would not allow this girl to treat customers and co workers the way she did. Shes not a team player and has a very bad energy. She deffenatly needs an attitude check. I like the flamingo because their hotel prices are fair and comes with a breakfast. but i might have to look for a different casino to stay next time. Claudia makes the flamingo look bad. Managers need to have a talk with her or she needs to find a job that suits her attitude because no one wants to see or work around a person like her. The food was good tho. The other girls were nice.

The manager of the store has applied a really good way to clear the line. A staff always comes up and asks the lining people what they want for order, so when it comes to their turn they have been ready with what they want. Long line is not their fault, instead that means they're favorite. The servers have been working so fast and speedily already. We, as the customers have to just pay respect to their effort.

Jade might be the friendliest person you've ever met in the morning, especially a morning where you're moving really slowly. This is a great stop for coffee with 4 shots of espresso in it. And lots of whipped cream!!

Good place to get a quick snack to eat. A coffe shop in the flamingo. I was headed to parking garage and couldn’t past it up. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg cheddar and bacon. Also I might add the black coffe was made to perfection. Not an expensive place to eat.

Móveis em estado, entra pó e vento pela janela porque as borrachas estão em mau estado. Ouve-se a falar dum quarto para os outros. A porta do quarto isola mal o som e ouve-se todo o barulho do hall de entrada do hotel. Muito mau para um hotel de 5 estrelas.

One of the very best hotel stays and experiences I've had to date. Hotel staff were very attentive and equally responsive. The rooms fantastic with beautiful views. I will absolutely stay again.

This review only applies to the Horseshoe Casino buffet. Good variety of food available. Chinese, Italian, some seafood, and traditional American selections, salad and cheese bar, with desserts. Everything seemed freshly prepared, I was there at 630pm so there was a good crowd. Would return.

The staff members at the Horseshoe Casino and Hotel are excellent. They intend to make you feel like a V.I.P. every time you visit. The casino and hotel both use state-of-the-art technology and a very proficient and keeping their technology working correctly. I have been to the casino and hotel many many times and have no complaints I would recommend Horseshoe Casino and Hotel to anyone looking for a getaway that is exquisite and top of the line.

Always love this resort !!! Surely going back as soon as possible.. Beautiful view, awesome people just all around relaxing place to bury your feet in the sand... ????????????
