Our condo was just steps from the beach! Beach was soft sand and almost private... the only bar/restaurant was closed. The pools were nice but the beach took all our attention!

Just arrived yesterday afternoon and am loving it. The condo is lovely and having the beach in the front yard is fabulous. Love falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. I would definitely return.

Great condos in a quiet secure beautiful location north side of Flamingo ! Super vacation rentals with a private beach and lap pool with awesome views.

The condos are ok, 4 stars. The construction of the buildings and the pools and wet bar are very very outdated. Perhaps over 20 years old. The service isn't bad but there is no too much to offer anyway. The beach is private and ok for toplless or even nudity if you are into that. If not it is an average hotel. If visiting Costa Rica try something else, it would be better
