Horrible Customer Service
Just horrible service. After ordering I asked for my receipt for work. I got told that I'd have to wait a while for receipt, since the cashier started taking another customers order. Long story short, I asked the manager for a refund and next thing you know per the staff working I find myself in an altercation getting spit on, sworn at pushed,shoved and threatened with still no refund. Horrible customer service!
Very Respectfully not the way I expected to start my day at 7:45a.m.

Rude Staff. I'd much rather walk all the way from Fox Tower to Great Cedar food court and go the the other Starbucks than to be treated like just another customer.

Warning This Starbucks is privately owned and does not allow free refills with the Starbucks APP. It is quite busy as it is located right at the entrance of the Tangers outlets and the casino. Extremely small with limited (4) seating and no rest room. Cleanliness was so-so. Staff was friendly and ice coffee I purchased on 12/1 was good. I won't be back. There is another Starbucks in the Casino, but I'm unsure if they are privately owned as well.

Friendly staff. She notice I was there for a conference I got me a discount.

Brand new place come in the mornings had ask for what sugar free flavors they had she was not sure had to look and asked me again what flavor wanted had to repeat 2 did not seem to listen very well or enthused to work and the other worker was outside texting for a few mins could have come back and helped with the order the place was not busy at all been to the other starbucks where they are helpful and on their game.

Need more training. Made a soy latte with milk. Remade with full caffeine and too much flavor syrup. Cookie hard and stale. App not taken receipt not given. Wholly dissapointing experience.

Terrible tables! $50 max bet on blackjack...can't do much with that! Good slots but overall experience wasn't the best. Lucky Star in Clinton is sooooooooo much better!!!!
