What a beautiful getaway. The spa,the shops, you don't even have to leave the hotel. I love how there is a trolly that takes you to even other shops and hotels near by. I very much enjoyed my stay here and was able to relax fully. They truly take care of everything for you.

Our stay was very nice and the rates were reasonable. My only issue was the breakfast lady. Although she was very personable and sweet, she had on so much perfume that it ruined my breakfast. Every bite I took tasted like cologne. A lot of people nowadays, myself included, have asthma, allergies, and lung diseases. I wish people would recognize this and not bathe in colognes and perfumes.

from the moment you enter the lobby of the French Lick you will find yourself transported to an age of beauty and elegance. The extravagant paintings on the ceilings of mythological gods offers an escape into a time long ago. The lobby bar offers tasty drinks to take out on the wrap-around porch for an afternoon of pure delight. be sure to take time to walk the length and breadth of the building in order to see the many sights including historical displays and terrific shopping! And be sure not to leave without a visit to the formal Japanese garden and to Pluto's well!

The French Lick Springs Hotel was the location for both the 2017 and 2018 Indiana Child Support Conference, a large statewide conference attended by in excess of 700 people. The hotel and convention center are immaculately maintained and offer guests an abundance of early 20th century history and charm. The convention center is equipped with state-of-the art facilities. I always enjoy my time in French Lick, kudos to hotel staff for offering such a wonderful experience.

What a wonderful hotel. There is so much more than the casino attached to it. World class golf, tennis, horseback riding, carrige rides, spa and great restaurants. This is a historic hotel that doesn't seem stuffy. The rooms are great the campus is wonderful to walk around. It's great to grab a cup of coffee and sit on the veranda. I highly recommend even if you don't visit the best casino in southern Indiana.

Nice hotel and staff. Rooms and common areas clean. Very large, due to casino addition, but nice nonetheless. Fun, long weekends!

The French Lick Springs Hotel was gorgeous and fun, but I am ultimately happy that I stayed at West Baden. The 1875 steakhouse was the best food I have ever eaten, and the casino was a blast! I preferred staying at west baden due to the crowds at French Lick.

We saw a concert and gambled at the casino. Free convenient covered parking available. The casino was cozy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The concert venue seating was not ideal, but the seating proximity to the stage was nice. Plenty of bar locations close to the concert room made getting an alcoholic beverage and back to the show quick and easy. Monitors on the walls helped with having a poor line of site to the stage.

The entire area has become so family friendly. It's not just about the Casinos. But there's a down side. It's so popular you need to plan at least a year ahead for the holidays. One amazing thing we found is trolleys. They will take you anywhere in town from anywhere. No need to drive once your there.
