The Bountiful Buffet

It's a fairly good sized hotel. The only decent food in the buffet is the steak and dessert. I've been to the buffet many times and the food is dull tasting. The cafe is decent, but sometimes you wait to be seated and no one is out front so you wait, even though it isn't busy. Tables are sometimes okay, but no one stays for long it seems and little excitement the several tes I've been. The slots are just horrible. There's nothing notable about the customer service. Twice I've seen some female employees behind the customer service counter be more involved with their conversation and giggling rather than customers standing in line. I don't think I will return.

I live in the area but it was my first time staying at the hotel. I have to say what a beautiful place. The room was amazing. Very clean, beautifully decorated, huge bathroom and very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend the place to friends and relatives.

The service wasn't that great, it was very dull and not lively or happy nor was it consistent with the upstairs steak House or buffet. I enjoyed the food at the cafe but I do think there could be some major changes with staff. If I was managing the cafe, things would be changed dramatically starting with the attitude of staff members and overall atmosphere. I shouldn't have to hear the complaints of a staff member about their love life while I'm eating and have a server that is so monotone and boring that I would bet he hated his job and was underpaid. Overall I'm giving it a 4 due to the food staying above average. I will continue to come here every now and again but they would have me coming over far more often if they changed things. Also, promote your take out options...that could account for huge sales for your cafe it would be 50% ++ easily.

Decent buffet, decent cafe. I'm not a gambler so I can't comment on the quality of the games, but the restaurants (a 24 hour cafe and an all you can eat buffet) are both pretty good. The Sunday brunch buffet (11am to 3pm) is the best thing this casino has to offer in my opinion. I've never stayed at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. They do occasionally have an entertaining show or event here, such as a murder mystery dinner or a comedy show. They also have 80s bands or cover bands thereof, and combat sports (boxing, cage of the king) if that's your thing.

As members of the players club we frequently receive complementary nights stay in the hotel. Our experience is always pleasent and we love staying there. The rooms are very nice, some of them have balconies, they are always clean and maintained well. My favorite part is the jacuzzi bathtubs! I definitely recommend gold country

The Bountiful Buffet

My family and I decided to stay here on short notice and the hotel is gorgeous. The room we are staying in is spacious and tastefully decorated. The mattresses are comfortable and the closet is nice and roomy. The best part of all of this is the bathroom. I have never stayed in a hotel with such a luxurious bathroom before!!! It has a big soaking Jacuzzi tub, separate standing shower with a built in granite seat, separate room for the toilet, and 2 sinks with large counter tops. The staff has been more than accomodating with our needs and I can't wait to try out the casino itself. I wish the first floor wasn't a smoking floor but beyond that this is 5 stars!

The Bountiful Buffet

We stayed just one night here recently. The room was a Junior suite. It was very nice very clean huge, comfortable bed and had clean sheets. Thank you housekeeping for that. The bathroom was as big as some hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and it too was clean. The large shower and Jacuzzi tub was nice. There is a heated pool and hot tub associated with the hotel -it’s across the parking lot next to the RV park but there is a shuttle that takes you back and forth. The casino had a decent assortment of games. The buffet was ok - not great but I’ve had worse. Overall the hotel room alone was worth the $120 we paid.

Love this little Casino! The odds are the best I've seen in quite some time. I enjoy playing slots and I'm always looking for better odds as we all know slots odds are usually not in our favor. But I think I've finally found better than most...My first time playing there I cashed out on $489 after winning 40,000 credits on the penny machine and another paying $75 and at the end of the day I inserted my loyalty card into the machine and I'd won over $1000.

Had a great time playing bingo . Great food and reasonable prices. Great rewards for playing slots too. Very friendly staff. But the drive there is scary. Most of the way after you get off I-70 is only 2 lanes and they really need to widen the roads. People drive way to fast for it being only 2 lanes.
