I've been staying at Resorts since Resorts was Harrah's Casino over 20 years ago. I'm 34 and I can truly say that this casino is okay it does have a pretty decent main bar when there's a band or game going on but it's not much to get fancy for matter of fact I would not. Also out of all the casinos in Tunica it would be the least as far as Hotel stays it has been renovated recently in the last couple of years but not very well I don't know how long it will be open but I still go there especially other casinos acquired by Hollywood.

It is never too packed when I go here no matter the day and time which can be a good or bad thing. I do enjoy how quiet it is and that I’m not having someone stand right on top of me wherever I try to go but less people seems to be less winning at least in my case it does. They do have a really great buffet on the second floor. All the food is cooked fresh unlike some of the bigger buffets around tunica.

My husband and I witness very bad customer service regarding a customer having a issue at this casino. It seems like customer money was stolen from a craps machine when it was lock into a gameplay.
Customer admitted to leaving money in walking away from machine but after listening to conversation from casino staff appropriate action/resolution such have been taken to help this customer no matter what. No apology or no sympathy given here😞
Our time maybe done at Resorts after today.

Lots of food and fun place to go. Watch your wallet as they don't build these places on winners. Set yourself a limit and go to have fun.

Sam, the valet man is very pleasant individual. Treats everything with respect. He is a gentleman! Ms. Carla is just wonderful she goes out of her way to make sure if you need anything that you get it !!!! She, and all the staff are very pleasant at the hotel. The Casino Hosts are just Awesome their 3 of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet? They go above and beyond to make your gaming experience as fun as possible.

I've always loved coming to resorts until this past Memorial day weekend. I invited 3 other couples and suggested we stay at resorts. First they quoted the wrong price over the phone and then they embarrassed and all but called her a liar even though several was quoted. No problem since i was the one who suggested the Hotel I paid the difference for all three couples. a lot of the staff is new and very uncaring when I booked my room 2 before I told the that I sometimes have A problem walking and could they have me somewhere close after calling numerous times before my date of arrival and several times day of I was placed in the last room down the hall. My husband wanted to go and get another room I told him no sweetheart it's ok.the weed smell getting to the room was awful still I didn't won't to complain it was no use. the people in check in so so rude to other guess I knew it wouldn't help. this is not the Resort I know.

We were there Sunday and the buffet was horrible. There was barely any food and what was there had obviously been out for hours. The catfish was cold. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes sucked. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown. On top of that, the hours of operation were supposed to be until 3pm. For whatever reason, they closed the doors at 2pm and refused to let the rest of my bus group in. Very disappointing.

I was not impressed...
Most of our key cards did not work. Not enough towels. We called for extra, but ended up finding housekeeping in the hall the next morning. But their beds were amazing!

Rooms are average, albeit slightly worn. If you are expecting high end Las Vegas style rooms, you will be disappointed. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the rooms here, BUT: The casino is one of the most friendly I've played in and I appreciate that. I play exclusively table games, Black Jack to be specific and win or lose, the pit has been attentive and willing to comp a meal when play warrants it.. Great place to gamble.

Small and friendly but not very friendly to your pocket book. Does not let you last very long. Takes your money pretty quick.
