I have eaten at many Capital Grill locations. The chef at this location is superb. And when you add his excellent art with a staff that cares...you have close to perfection. The swordfish was so tender it truly did melt in your mouth. Infact, everything was excellent. Thank you Erik, our waiter.

This place is a very fancy/upscale restaurant that costed an arm and a leg for our lunch. When we went for lunch at 12pm, the restaurant was very empty and during our 2 hour lunch, the restaurant remained empty. However, the food was excellent and that's probably why it costs so much. We had the lobster salad and clam chowder. Then we all got an entree, one of chef's selections, truffle fries and a dessert. Total cost for our lunch was about $230 for three of us and that's not including tip! Although, this place was expensive, I think it's worth a try....

Anniversary dinner, was beautiful experience, great service, melt in your mouth food, ambience is romantic and quiet. CHEF came out personally to ask how our meal was. Best dinner I've ever had. Try the calamari!

We eat here often me and my wife and always have a good meal and service. We also have had 2 company Xmas parties here for my business. The first time wasn't so good. However we gave them another chance this year and they blew the doors off!!! Andrew and his staff were amazing. Erick is the best server in town!!! We had a amazing time...Thanks guys! Merry Xmas!

Great food and drinks were served. Located on the strip at the Fashion Show Mall across from the Wynn Hotel. Nice bread assortment. Good selection of wines. My porterhouse steak was cooked perfect (medium). We shared the soy glazed Brussels sprouts with bacon. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Everything about this place exudes excellence. I visited The Capital Grille for my 21st birthday and it was the best dining experience I have had yet. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about their selection of wine yet he wasn’t arrogant in any way unlike some connoisseurs. He radiated a comfortable and confident attitude and was very apt at conversing with our table. Our meals were amazing. I ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. The view was nice and the lighting sentimental. They also put together a special birthday dessert platter which I found to be a very kind sentiment. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my 21st such a memorable experience.

I've been here a couple times when I shop at Fashion Show. Normally the Capital Grille in Miami is a go-to and I've never had a bad experience. Yesterday was excellent and Mike is really a phenomenal server. He was nice and attentive despite being swamped and having a massive party to take care of next to me. Unfortunately the lobster I had was a tiny bit overcooked but the manager made sure I was happy and taken care of. The quality of the lobster was truly impeccable so despite being overcooked, the taste was still great. They were pretty busy so of course I expect sh** to just happen sometimes. Cant wait to come back

Had dinner with friends here and loved every part of it.
Service was great all throughout the evening, and food was just the same.
We the tuna tartar for starters and followed up with steaks for main, all was well cooked and tasted great

Absolutely wonderful.. Every detail... Went for Mother's Day... Steaks were amazing... Sides amazing... Service amazing (Darryl was great)... Little pricey but what are you gonna do!
