Was seated quickly. Wait staff is a little slow/not well trained, but not bad enough to get a bad review, just needs a little more hustle. Food was good, but kind of overpriced for what you get. The Coronaritas were great, and although you get to keep the plastic cup, you have to buy the little plastic bottle holder for $3 more each. The manager went around and was making sure everyone was ok, which is a huge positive. Dinner, 2 drinks, tip, 2 bottle holders, no appetizers was over $90. Too pricey in my opinion, but we ate well and had a good time.

Well ,I went there Last year and all the different varieties of food was Soooo Awesome.
I felt like a kid in Candy store.
There was something for everyone .

The following information is true, I'm a former police officer and very proud of my wife. It was a special night for my wife, it was her birthday (66 Year Old). Three different employees knew it was my wife's birthday and none of them told her "Happy Birthday". All three of them had a bad attitude. It took approximately 23 minutes to be waited on and there was only approximately 12 to 15 people in the restaurant and several waitresses. We overheard two other guys at another table make a statement of " Is our waitress ever going to come back to our table." The food was okay but the service and attitudes of the employees was very terrible! I made a complaint with Bubba Gump and all they said was that they would give my wife a free drink for the trouble. We will not be going back to that Bubba Gump location ever again and will not ever recommend that Bubba Gump in Laughlin, NV to anyone! The Bubba Gump in Las Vegas, NV. and Honolulu, HI. are great locations to go to!

Of course this place is awesome. How could you not like it. I love the outdoor dining. I love that you can sit right on the river . Staff is quick and attentive.

We went there for Mother's Day, and had a really nice time. The servers were very attentive and friendly, even telling a few jokes with us. The food was pretty good, and the portions were adequate. The only disappointment was that we had to sit inside.
They have a nice outdoor dining area right on the water of the Colorado River, but the bugs were too numerous to be able to enjoy outdoor dining.
Still, we had a wonderful dining experience, and i would reccomend this Bubba Gumps to anyone looking to have a fun time with friends and family!

Fun atmosphere, and friendly service! My entire group liked their food and drink, although they wished the alcoholic beverages were stronger. Good place to enjoy a casual bite.

Food is good and atmosphere is fun. Only reason they get a 4 is because it's no longer Joe's Crab shack. Then it would receive a five star

I'm giving it 2 star because the taste of the food and the atmosphere. I asked the waitress she was blonde a question and she decided to interject herself stating what I needed to do for the take home glass special they had she said it in a way as if I wasn't gonna pay, don't know if she had a rough day or not or if i looked similar to someone she knew. It essentially ruined the whole experience i almost wanted to tell someone to cancel my meal immediately but decided to try the food. Food was good not filling I left the restaurant and will probably pick up something again on the way thanks

So much fun. Went early with party of 6. AINSLEY WAS GREAT!! FUN atmosphere, good food and great service. It was very busy and they didn't miss a beat.

Dreadful place. The food was cold. Had to return our food because it was cold and stale.
They made new then charged us for 4 meals. The manager was not helpful and told us she would comp us for 2 meals.
We only ordered 2 to begin with. But we paid for 2. What part of comp don't you get.
Awful place. Couldn't eat on the deck by the river because of the massive amount of bugs.
Disgusting.
