Not quite a 4-star hotel. Parking is behind the hotel - dusty and dirty. If you want to park your car in front (where only 15-20 cars can be parked), you have to pay additionally.
The outside swimming pool is across one of the main roads in Bansko - you have to cross it dressed in a bath towel. The hotel is located far from the ski zone and the center.
There is no way to enter with a baby carriage or a wheelchair, simply because there is no ramp, only stairs.
The meal is fine, though. Some of the personnel are gipsies. Customers are mostly "wannabe" rich Bulgarian families with bad styling and manner - in contrast with the luxurious environment. During the active ski season might be slightly different, but I doubt it.

Food is solid and almost the same every day. Too many chemicals are thrown into the pools and have itching through the body, especially in children. Savior boy on an outdoor pool
sleeps on the sun beds, instead of being kept in the pool. There are no towels and bathrobes. Parking on the front of the hotel is pay. In most rooms there is no air conditioning. The rooms located under the spa center, especially the saunas, remain intolerable in them. You have to swallow food as a pelican, because there is no place for other guests waiting to sit, so waiters are picking up
your plates full dishes. The hygiene in the children's room is at the lowest level, also as the most of the rooms in hotel.

Ηρθαμε για μια 3η μερη εξορμηση. Την 2η μερα, παθαμε τροφικη δηλητιριαση και οι 6, οσοι δοκιμασαμε τα "εξαισια" αυγα του ξενοδοχειου και τρεχαμε να βρουμε φαρμακεια. Αισχος πραγματικα..

Σαν εγκαταστασεις ειναι κομπλε, στο spa γινεται λιγος χαμουλης καποιες ωρες...ειναι λιγο μακρια απο το κεντρο με αποτελεσμα αν θες να βγεις για μια βολτα στην πολη, να πρεπει να διανυσεις πρωτα μια αποσταση 15-20' λεπτων στο ψωλοκρυο...
1 αστερι και πολυ τους ειναι...μας πηγανε αιμα χρονιαρες μερες

It is stated that it is 4 star hotel, but in reality it is not!
I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and here are my remarks:
1)probably the only good thing about this hotel is the spa, mainly the different choices of sauna;
2) poor room service - I called the reception for a person who can fix the safe and the service never came;
3) mess in the bathroom - not practical shower place, since there was no barrier from the shower to the rest of the bathroom;
4) poor English - in the reception several receptionist could not explain the basics;
5) for the first time in my life, while I was checking out the receptionist said that he/she will call the room service in order to check if everything is OK with the room. I find that impolite;
6) if you want to ski and if you don't have a car I don't recommend this hotel, since it is 35 min walking until the ski elevator.
As I can see, mostly this hotel is having a positive outcome from the natives.

The only good thing about the hotel is the food and that as a whole, the hotel is pretty clean.
Everything else is terrible. Most of the problems comes from the staff itself. Being impolite, unprofessional and even rude is what ruined our experience. Complaining about whatever is like shout in the desert, no one really listen and do something.
The spa area is far from enough having in mind the capacity of the hotel. There is a door leading to a stress pool outside that was broken and it was always windy and cold in the areas between the saunas.
In the room, the shower was broken and the water was either burning hot or cold. The mattress was really hard and there were only single blankets for a master bed.
This hotel is far from 4 stars and I am really disappointed.

Very comfortable with amenities of a 4 star hotel ;with the exception of a dimly -lit room. The location is excellent, about 10 mins on foot to center.

All were perfectly well organized, food quality in restaurant was impressive, Spa area is also very satisfying, the best vibra pools although there is no big size pool for swimmers.

Very nice hotel. Big Spa center. Modern gym inside. Good restaurant. The minus is you cannot order from a free menu

The best hotel in Bansko with 4 stars. Fantastic food, spa center and service in general, highly recommended
