Staff is great, One of the dining staff wasn't very pleasant or attentive when I went in the day but the night was great. Bartender Salvador is very pleasant. Rooms are clean. Good food btw 👍 need improvement on cocktails

Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Poolside bar and restaurant was inviting. Only improvements should be the poor wifi.

The casino staff members are quite rude and a bit aggressive. There were no washcloths in the room. The water pressure from the shower was super low. Most of the games at their fun city and fun park were out of order. The only plus was the WiFi signal. Other than that, I would not be rebooking.

This was definitely a very impressive Hotel not too far from the airport.
the decor was nice also, and the breakfast was very traditional Guyanese which is a nice touch.
very clean and orderly.
would recommend if you don't have family to stay with, or even if you do =).

My daughter and i stayed at the Princess Ramada Hotel for 3 nights. Our check in went smoothly. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the pool. It had two queen size bed, it was bight, clean and airy, it came with an ironing board/iron, flat screen TV, bottled water. The beds were very comfortable, we had hot water all the time, our bathroom was separate from the room, i was quite pleased with this because i have see pics of the glass/see through one in the room. The pool area was very nice and clean. I wish they had some more varieties for breakfast but the fresh papaya and pineapple made up for it. My daughter had the hot stone massage which she really enjoyed. We had a great time, we were in and out of the hotel a lot as we there for a wedding and visiting relative. The front desk was very helpful in calling taxis for us. Will i stay Princess Ramada again.....definitely! It was an enjoyable experience.

It is a safe place to stay in. The rooms are very nice .👍
