Been coming here for years and always recommend this place. I gamble a lot here. For the most part this place is great despite the rooms needing updating. This time our room still had a dirty bathroom. It had a shirt hanging in there and when we called and just asked for someone to freshen it up, we got attitude and no one ever came. My mom had to clean the shower herself. Then we packed our bags and went to breakfast before checking out and came back and the money I left of our table was gone. I was leaving it for a tip anyways, but the point is, we haven’t even checked out and they went in our room while we were at breakfast and took the money from the table. They don’t provide safes so watch your money if you leave it in the room.

I had a really nice time here with my family. We had a nice lunch in the buffet. Let the kids play in the arcade for awhile( I might have played myself a little). Then saw a movie in a nice theatre. There is still much there I didn't see so I will be back.

Don't go to win big just for a good time. Most progressive jackpots are into the millions which means they are paying out. But if you have $1000 to play with and don't mind leaving behind you can play for awhile.
The staff are AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable and excited when you are.

Carpet ragged. Room reasonably clean. Most staff helpful. Prime rib room salad mediocre other items very limited but great prime rib. Buffet had much better salad bar and great selection of entrees. Always a great breakfast with made to order omelets.

Fun by the water. The river boat cruise was pleasant with a friendly staff and good bartender drinks. Just watch out for the hundreds of little tiny moth-like flying insects that are also enjoying the cruise. They are harmless but a little aggravating. May cruise a little slow for young children to enjoy.

The bowling lanes were clean and well kept, staff was lively, the technology for the game worked well, overall no problems. The pool game was much the same. No problems with the quarter machine under the table (used to dispense the balls), there was chalk for the poles, the poles we're good quality, the pool tables looked well kept, etc. Overall, good looking place, functioning technology, and a good atmosphere. No complaints here!

Very nice place. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Only gave 4 stars because they kept some of my money.We did have a great time as always. And will be going back

They where running a special on the prime rib room and theatre. 20 bucks a person for dinner and a movie. Pretty good deal. Decent service at dinner. The theatre honestly smelled kinda funny though and obviously the drinks at the theatre over priced but that is kinda to be expected. Over all worth it. Might bring some fabreeze next time though.

Went to the Casino. It was my first time there and it was amazing. I never went through the whole casino but I will the next time. There are so many machines , oh and by the way I won. I'll be back. On a serious note, the casino is very clean, secure and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasant evening.

The only thing I love about this casino was losers lounge on Thursdays nights, back in the day they had a wet tshirt contest was fun to go see. Loved the 6am closing time. So we parties all night. Now it just seems fun down. YOU NEED A FACE LIFT ON THE CASINO DON L.. on the plus side they have a kids castle or had that had daycare for kids. Our daughter spent a lot of time there. Normally stay at other casinos. But do visit the riverside from time to time.
