The Beach Cafe

The South Tower rooms are clean, modern, and relaxing. I enjoyed the convenience from the elevator to the pool and beach facilities. Even though the temperature was well in the 100s during my stay I felt comfortable throughout. There are great places to to eat from The Beach Cafe, Smash burger, Cinnabon to the Buffet. There are the adult, family pools as well as beach right at the river to cool off. A great place for the entire family.

The Beach Cafe

When we first drove up we used the valet service. They actually had us park our own car then gave us a valet ticket. Not really valet then is it. Once in the lobby there was groups people sitting around the lobby with their coolers drinking beer. I felt like I was tailgating more than walking in to a casino resort. We rented a suite and after checking in and getting to our suite I was more than disappointed. The room was very outdated with old, worn out furniture. I would expect that from some small strip motel but not a $300+ per night suite. I called and spoke with the front desk and they did move us to a newly renovated room that was nice however the AC didn’t work. Actually the AC didn’t work well anywhere in the casino or hotel. The next day, we went down to the riverside beach. It was very busy which I didn’t mind all that much but noticed it wasn’t busy from guest of the hotel but locals that came for the day. It was suppose to be a private beach for those of us that paid to be there. Our second night we did eat at the steakhouse, The Range. I will say the food and service there is great. During our stay, I can honestly say it was the highlight of the entire facility. We won’t be back.

The Beach Cafe

Since the last time I had stayed there, about 4 years ago, Harrah's has renovated. The rooms were beautiful and elegant. Check in was a little slow, but over all, my few hour stay was great. Thankfully Harrah's got rid a large chain restaurant and replaced it with a better option. I would recommend staying there to everyone I know and would definitely stay there again myself.

The Beach Cafe

Felt like we were at a high end beach, it offered family fun. The kids loved the Sandy Beach area. It offered jet skis, beach loungers, picnic tables with the fancy umbrella. The room faced the pool below, and the Colorado River at our window view, taking happy visitors from there to the other casinos on spacious water taxi's. The indoor concert area had us up and dancing! Picked up a few off track bets and enjoyed the floor tables as well as slot machines. Before calling it a night, had to pick up a huge fresh made cinnamon rolls. The casino staff were there to help you with any questions and needs. We will return.

The Beach Cafe

We stayed in the South tower - the room was acceptable. It was a place to sleep without any bells and whistles. The Beach Cafe had amazing food - diner style. Jet ski rental is available, pretty reasonably priced and really fun. Pretty disappointed when the casino ran out off all beverages but small Coke cans, they even ran out of ice. To keep things in perspective, staying at Harrah's wasn't too bad considering our whole trip was comped.

Harrah's is Awesome! It's a great Hotel, and very inexpensive. Lots of places to eat. The river is amazing! And you can bring out your own booze. They have a Adult pool, and a kid's pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The Beach Cafe

Had a fantastic stay, prompt, hospitably friendly, helpful service, easy accommodations. Water sports and fun in the sun for families or singles. Great for group gatherings. Only note: could use an outdoor public rinsing/shower facility for patrons exiting the river. Guests shouod not to have to walk through casino resort before washing sand, and river water off in rooms.

The Beach Cafe

Lovely view from our Suite, laid by the pool, also went to beach, also went into the hot tub. Our hostess was superb, we were treated excellent. She gave us some amenities. I would highly recommend Harrah's in Laughlin Nevada. We have been going there since 2002 and we plan on continuing visiting Harrah in Laughlin Nevada. We Love the scenery, we love the dry heat. Because in Oklahoma we have so much humidity. I would recommend this place to anyone. Since 2002 we have been assigned two three different Casino Host, 1 was no longer there, and the other gentleman that took her place he got promoted, and now we have a lovely lady who is our hostess. And I would recommend this place to anyone. Who desires a place of comfort, security, beautiful scenery, and a beach has been made on the Colorado River.

The Beach Cafe

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and the Beach Cafe is really quite delicious. Private beach is small but cozy. Jet ski rentals are more expensive than other places, but the convenience of being right at the hotel and not having to go somewhere else is worth it. Overall a great experience.

Nice property on the river with its own private sandy beach. Most Laughlin riverside hotels do not have a beach, just a pool. Harrah's has both, so if you want to play in the river, Harrah's is the place. If the pool is your main/only focus, other hotels have larger, nicer pools. The rooms at Harrah's are large to spacious depending on location and price. Many have a river view and for a bit extra $$ there are river front options. Harrah's is a bit isolated from the other hotels on a slight bend in the river which creates a cove and a private sandy beach. The other riverside hotels are a short drive from the property. There are separate smoking and non-smoking casinos and food options from fast/casual to buffet and full service restaurants.
