The Buffet at Harrah's

The Casino is nice with 2 floors. Rewards members staff is super nice. They offer free shipping serve soft drinks and coffee. Not like Vegas where you get free alcohol beverages if you're playing but I kinda expected that. I'm originally from Vegas so although this Harrah's isn't in a Casino/ Gambling town it's nice for what it is.

The Buffet at Harrah's

I like the fact there are tons of places to eat and drink! The buffet is clean and you don't have to wait around for more food. The prices are bad at all either! The bars have quick service and super friendly staff! The parking could be a little better with signs to show you were to go, but it's a great place to go and have some relaxing fun with friends or try your luck and see if you can't win a jackpot or two!

The Buffet at Harrah's

I stayed here last week. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel room was clean and quiet for the most part. The room was somewhat updated, definitely not like the pictures posted on Google. I used the gym while there and I would recommend a few sets of free weights and at least one work out mat. Check in was fine but the manager seemed to talk down to her employees some. My bill was confusing. I had two do two reservations. One for mon and Tues night and then one for wed. I was charged 111 then 167 when I changed my reservation. Then paid another 420 upon arrival. 150 was incidentals. I understand these were deposits, but still super confusing.

The Buffet at Harrah's

Beautiful and clean. Many choices for food, buffet, an upscale steak and a wonderful bar whose bar tender knows how to mix those drinks. The room was clean, roomy always ask for a better view if they are unable to upgrade. Casino was clean but many old games I wish they had more of the newest casino slots. Just a little disappointing to just see the older machines.

Great place to watch a Chiefs watch party at Winning Streaks. Plenty of space with televisions surrounding. Good burger special during the night that lot D visited. 610 Sports Radio was present and there was a drawing one lucky guest won. Great night and great place with awesome friends and Chiefs family! Go Chiefs!!

The Buffet at Harrah's

Everything was pretty standard. It seemed to have a strong cigarette smell, even for a casino. The food was okay, but the staff was really friendly. It wouldn't be my number one choice for an evening out, but it's a fun change of pace.

Great hotel. Especially if you have dogs. They have special rooms for pets with wood tiled floors. Casino is as good as a las Vegas type of casino. Restaurants are okay. Steakhouse was pricey but food was awesome.

The Buffet at Harrah's

Clean room, nice beds, good pillows. Strayed in the KC tower. Slow elevators are my only complaint. Decent late night food was difficult to find outside of the pantry by the front desk and a noodle place in the casino. Went to Denny's down the street... Casino is rather small in my mind. Des Moines prairie meadows casino is much larger. Still had a fun stay though!

The Buffet at Harrah's

Out of the 4 casinos in Kansas City Missouri, Harrah's is my second favorite. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, as well as the public restrooms thru out. They have great food options and friendly, effective staff. The location is great! Very easy access to the highways. I would definitely recommend Harrah's to my out of town friends and family, as well as to those who reside in the area.

The Buffet at Harrah's

Horrible place. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been to several Ceasar's Entertainment properties and this one has to be the worse. People leaving four and five star reviews are either tied to this place or have very low standards. My husband and I stayed one night. Check in is cold and not hospitable at all. Received our keys and went to our room. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Stains on the carpet. Mold in the shower. Dirty and dated. My husband went to complain on my behalf because he is a diamond player (I am only gold, so my complaint wouldn't have mattered) Michael at the front desk was the only redeeming interaction we had. He put us in a suite and waived all charges. The suite is dated and funky, but not as bad as their regular guest rooms. Michael also gave us a twenty dollar credit toward food which we did not use. We didn't use it because we ate at the buffet. That's a nightmare on its own. The macaroni and cheese smelled like vomit. The shrimp was kept in melted ice and was warm and smelly. The bread was stale. The deserts looked like they had sat out all day. I drank a Coors light and couldn't finish the first plate I had. Our server was nice enough and unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Top it off with crappy comps, promotions, and tight machines and you have a completely horrendous visit. I will never ever visit this property again. You should take notes from the Harrah's in Southern California. That is an outstanding property and should be the standards for all Harrah's casinos.
