The Resort is perfect especially it's location on Naama Bay, but you will meet a very aggressive staff very impolite staff and treat all the local gusts of course the Egyptian very bad and the foreigners also. Most of them treat the kids if their parents away very aggressive also especially the waiter staff and the pool staff.
It was very bad trip to Sharm because of the bad way of the staff that we meet their.

The best place to chill out. Good staff, different food varities, beautiful sand beach, daily night show.

Rooms are good, except giving us a connected rooms without asking for it. It was not acceptable as we are couples.
Food quality, taste and variety was awful!
Swimming pools need more cleanliness.
Ability to enter Cleo Park for free is the top advantage.

Really big with 9 pools. A walking distance from Naama bay even with kids. Short walk from the beach. Staff very friendly. Rooms and food are not of a 5 stars hotel, maybe 3stars at most. Feeding lounge definitely needs more staff. Rooms are worn out and very old, you can see from the bathrooms specifically. Needs room and amenities renewal. Otherwise great location and you can plan activities with 'sun and fun' near the pool. Take the submersible ride. It is worth it.

mosquitos is one issue. Air condition is another.
It has nice green areas but dark at night.
