Please be very cautious about charging anything to your room, rather pay cash upfront at all times. This was our second trip to this hotel and on the first trip we landed up paying almost double on checkout. We decided to settle any extras on a daily basis this time so no nasty surprises on checkout. Well guess what, we have just checked out and have landed up paying almost double again even though I proved a payment on my bank account. Will never ever come here again. Definitely not a 5 star hotel with no 5 star service, don't waste your time.

It is a nice place to stay yet I cannot say it has the comfort of five star. It is very crowded compared to the facilities it offers, so I could not fully relax. The restaurant is very crowded there is always a cue in the entrance, that you need to wait for a table. This cue also exists on coffee machines during breakfast. In the pool and the beach, you need to wake up early and act fast to find a sunbed. The room service is good, restaurant workers are warm and friendly yet the people in the reception desk were not as friendly as they should according to a five star hotel. You also need to pay for the sunbeds to use in the beach which was suprising. Overall, I found it an overpriced hotel compared to the facilities it offers, which cannot be more than the standards of a 4-star.

The noise from the reception bar is awfull until midnight. The volume of music is very disturbing late in night. That's why you must avoid this hotel.

Little dated and some areas need freshening up. Nice pool area. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner buffet. Would recommend half board.

Absolutely loved it. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Within walking distance of the bus to town. Walked to the harbour to get a boat to mouse island. Brilliant for plane spotters. Enjoyed it all.

Loved this hotel ,the staff are very attentive, food on a buffet system but excellent, if you can't find what you want just ask . Beware the hotel pool is very deep ,also has a no reserve sunbed policy which worked well , leave your sunbed for more than 30 minutes and your towel will be removed .brilliant

Excellent service and facilities with a tranquil atmosphere. Half board is a good deal as it allows you to spend more time out and about to sample the delights of Greece and good shopping.

Old and run down. Poor decor in the rooms. Amenities are the only reason the hotel is 5 star but would expect alot more from the rooms.

Hotel is clean and presentable, though the odd spot looks a little worn. Food is good, and staff are friendly. Good range of facilities on site. Not much to do in close proximity to the hotel, though you can catch a bus right outside the hotel.

Amazing view and 3 halls with all variety of food for breakfast, best of all five star hotels with such variety I 've seen! The hotel could upgrade some areas but generally beautiful!
