This old departure building of the Holland-America Line is one of most beautiful pieces of architecture in Rotterdam. Its location on the river Maas gives you an excellent view of city's skyline to the north and the shipping on this waterway whilst sipping a drink on the terrace.

One of the best view in Rotterdam. If you want to have a nice atmosphere and some drinks during the summer then, it is the place to go. The New York Hotel is very nice from the inside and outside

What a difference! Food and service were spotty at best, and now! Wow!! Come for the food and the detailed service. Then stay to enjoy the view. Well done!

My wife and I enjoy watching the sun set and service. Jay knows our favorite drink takes great care of us. We eat lunch most Sundays after church and the food is wonderful.

Not great. Attended a financial advisory seminar. Was looking fowrard to food there. Since our dinners were free I guess I shouldn't complain, but they should take some pride in what they put out.

Great philly cheese steak. Chef, Michael, was very gracious and sent a free shrimp and grits out because it was my wife’s birthday. Service was a bit slow, but waiter was very kind about it. Unbelievable view over Comanche Trace area.

I took my wife and mother to the Mother's Day brunch at the Pinnacle Grill. The hostess was very nice and helpful, the waitstaff was personable and took good care of us. The food, however, was merely passable. We were all underwhelmed by the quality and flavors of the food on the buffet. To top it off the cake we chose for dessert was barely thawed which means it was a frozen food from a mass production company and not made fresh. This kind of summed up our experience with the food today. I made a choice between Mother's Day Brunch at the 1011 Bistro or Comanche Trace. I should have chosen the Bistro.

Friendly service and great scenery but they refused to serve us moorkop (cream / chocolate pastry) with our coffee on the terrace. Excuse was they could not guarantee the quality of these were consumed outside!? Had to go in and get them myself. Ridiculous if you ask me.

Great all day restaurant: lunch, high tea, dinner. Friendly staff. Can handle great amount of customers.
If you'd like a glass of wine, ask for the wine menu. Don't make you choice solely based on the limited list on the menus available on tables.
