Paid for a prime steak got a Kroger steak. Over cooked, large amount of gristle an bone chips. It was supposed to be a new York strip. Not the restaurant it used to be.

Last night was our 1st time at Final Cut and it will be our last. 1st let me start by saying our waitress was horrible. I asked for a certain cider beer and she said it wasn't available and couldn't tell me my options. So I went to bar myself and found what I had initially asked was indeed available. This wasn't my 1st trip to the bar - trips made were due to our waitress not bringing our drinks. 2nd the food was not the greatest. I've gotten better steaks and sides at our local Longhorn Steakhouse, paying a 1/3 of what we did last night. 3rd is what started us on foul note from first impression while being seated. The napkins on our table smelled like wet dog and our laminate on table was coming off, flapping around. We had to asked for paper napkins, but got two fresh clothe ones - that also smelled nasty. So I walked over to bar for some paper napkins.
We are both so let down by the setting, service, and food for what we paid last night. This was a major dissapointment for our stay.

Very disappointing first time here had 5:30 reservations. Waitress was nice explained menu and specials. We ordered two of the $49 specials but each one was missing one or more of the items that was to be in the entree. Dessert that was on the menu was not available and just subsituated small chocolate ganache. If these are specials on Wednesday , Thursday and Friday you would think they would have them. Manger came to table twice but first to say hello and second to bring our bill back for the waitress. Overall not what we expected from what we had heard, slow on service in between everything. Casino is also disappointing dirty machines and restrooms.

Phenomenal steak!!! Melts in your mouth! I'm from Kansas- I KNOW BEEF! It was outstanding. We've been at least 4 times and have had AMAZING servers- they know their stuff , they never cut corners, and have great dispositions! We will be back soon! Our anniversary is just around the corner-no better way to celebrate!

It's nice, but not really anything that impressive for the price. Service was good, atmosphere is nice enough, just not impressed with the food.

Took 45 minutes to get our drinks and 2 hours for dinner. A couple sat next to us and they got everything promptly because the server said they were vip. I'll probably never return .

Great food but the casino has gone downhill as well as the service. We drove 45 mins to have dinner. When we arrived we were told not there was a wait, but that they were not accepting any Walk-in customers at all and the place was not full. As great as the food is I will not be back.
