Does not pay out. Have to spend a lot of money to get a bonus only to get nothing. Should not have 600 free spins and don't even get $200. Awful. Will be boycotting until payouts match the amout of money that they are taking in!!!!! Also, out of town guests are given more free play than the local people. Asked question before about this an the response given was BS. Takes in a lot of money on the weekends and you rarely hear a jackpot being won. And if you do, they are always $1200. Watched people put $500-$600 dollars in a machine to win absolutely nothing an not even go to a single bonus.

I live nearby and was happy to have a new casino as I often visited others when I traveled. However, not only have I never won in Austintown but also my money doesn't even last. It's not fun. Casinos are supposed to be fun! The other Hollywood casinos in Ohio seemed much better.

This was a nice Casino set up very nicely. They have live entertainment. It is attached to a horse track, which unfortunately when we went up for Derby day was not running? Hopefully in the future they will run on that day which would only make sense seeing how they are a thoroughbred track. And that is one of the largest days that brings everybody out for horse racing. But other than that had a very good time and if you're in the area would definitely suggest checking it out.

Wonder why this place gets WAY lower scores than other Ohio casinos on google reviews? Well, duh... This place is a joke, they rip you off all the time. They don't know how to spread the wealth at all, either you are the 1 out of a thousand that hits a small loser jackpot usually barely 1200, or you lose hundreds fast and all the time every day you go there. You can shove your players card up your #% too.

Don't expect to win ever here, maybe one out of 100 people that go here win, very pathetic management. I would give this place less than one star if I could. This management needs to be fired ASAP, very greedy idiots. You cant confront them either, they are conveniently unavailable. I still am expecting a call, will never go back. I have given this place way too many chances. I don't mind losing at a casino, but losing every time I go gets old after the 100'-200 time gets old. Get a clue you morons. You ever wonder why they have 100 security guards in an area the size of a cafeteria? Maybe they are prepared for disgruntled people? Tight slots is an understatement, it is criminal how bad these are....

I finally got to visit. I'm not a gambler but I did play a slot machine for the first time, mark that off the bucket list. It's a very nice place, very clean. Food was good and reasonable. I honestly spent half of what I expected. I plan on visiting again because I just really liked the atmosphere. There wasn't a band when I was there but I guess they do have them. I recommend visiting sometime especially if you're looking for something different. I'm looking forward to the horses in the fall. #letsguide

They're are all about the same so no need to travel out of town to give away your money. They changed the food and the prices at the downstairs cafe. The food and menu used to be pretty good and so were the prices but not anymore. We are always sure to eat someplace else before or after.
