There is truly not a bad seat in the Venue. I go often and Boney James tore it up! He is my favorite so he can't do anything wrong in my eyes. He started w his new album, Honestly, then slowly built up the energy by doing a few songs from his previous catalog. His saxophones were in perfect harmony with the band; and They got down. Enjoyed myself immensely!🎷🎺

A large casino that appeared clean and tidy...if a bit smokey. The "smoke free" is small and open to the surrounding smoking areas. Otherwise the casino was renovated and had many gaming options from machines to live table games.

For not being Vegas it's pretty good. Facility is large and has plenty of free parking. The staff are very polite and friendly. The food offerings are decent and the food is good although the pricing could be lower as compared to nevada casinos and elsewhere. They do have a complimentary shuttle that will take you from certain parts of Chicago straight to the casino which is nice especially if you plan on having a drink. Plenty of free soda stations. Alcoholic beverages are seemingly for purchase. They have plenty of table games and slot machines. The machines are a little tight. The facilities are very clean and the gaming space is massive. I would go back for a night out.

Casino nice and clean. People are very friendly. Have eaten at the shops on the first floor. No complaints, love the food and desserts. Only problem is the buffet. They used to have an excellent buffet. Last few times, food not so good. My friend, who loves to eat, did not like a whole lot of food. Buffet has been mostly empty the last few times. Was always full. Why change a good thing when you don't need to? Improvements very much needed in buffet. Otherwise, no complaints.

This is the second time that I've been here in the past year. Each time I come here, i come just for the buffet but end up playing the slot machines. My girlfriend who is in her 30's always gets carded and it makes her day. We both always have a good time and always have a 20 dollar limit on my the slot machines and stop playing if I am up at least 5 bucks. The staff there was really nice and quick to pick up the used plates and refilling drinks. The workers in the casino was always speaking and asked if we needed anything. The only negative is that we never have enough room for dessert. I will be back as soon as I get some coupons in the mail. Maybe for my birthday in July.

This review is for the Venue inside the casino. A great place to go for a concert as all the seating is good including the 300 section. I have seen many shows there and recently saw Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, it was awesome.

I don't even know where to start. Have you ever lost over a thousand within a couple of hours? Well, I did, and this is the place and Paris in Vegas too, all part of the Caesar's Entertainment. And I'm not a big gambler either! I don't know is it because I'm Asian or what and it doesn't matter how many different machines I've played, they don't give, except small amounts. As for food, the buffet just average but lousy service. The two stars goes to the noodle shop is great! Table gaming is crowed all the time when I was there but some dealers are very rude! Host is helpful. Other than that, I like the big space they have, nothing more.

Love the ambient light and buzz in the air. I am happy with the fact I finally won a little, and didn't give it back. Only problem I have is the buffet. I eat there often (free buffets weekly), and I would appreciate a variance of the menu. I don't think it has changed in over 10 years
