Overall, it was a pretty solid stay. Everyone was nice enough and made me feel welcome from the time I arrive to the time I left. The casino is a little dated but they're building a new one so don't let that stop you from booking next they're building a new one so don't let that stop you from booking in 2019 or 2020. The hotel rooms are beautifully remodeled and the morning views are phenomenal from the high floors.

I've never actually gone there to gamble, I just go to hang out with friends. I love the atmosphere though, it's very big and welcoming. I've eaten at a couple of the restaurants. Though they were on the pricey side, they're worth it, food is fantastic. I also love the fact that the casino is on a boat. To me, that makes it a unique place.

Location is very much out of the way and not near anything else. Parking garage is strangely built. Only one level of the four is smoke-free. Smoke free level reeks of smoke and has only low stakes gaming and slot machines. Food in buffet was boring and taste like cardboard. Servers only work tables, not slots.

Had a very good time there last night. A group of us went there to support a fund raiser event, with proceeds to help find uniforms for a dance team. Even though I lost my money, I too me a few hours to do so and I enjoyed my time. The staff was very helpful and the one young lady dealer at my blackjack table tried her best to subtly help me not lose it quite so fast. 😁

My wife and I's stay at the hotel and time at the casino was EXCELLENT! Every staff member, and I mean them all, at every facility within the complex were BEYOND super nice, helpful, pleasant and just extremely nice! They are all trained very well and have great attitudes! The hotel was superb, easy check-in, very clean room, easy check-out! Restaurants were perfect, casino was a blast and we had a lot of fun! The blackjack dealers could related to you in any possible way and carry on a good conversation! The wife and I had a great weekend getaway, exactly what we needed and we could have not been more happy! The pool was closed, but that's not their fault. If anyone knows the February weather in the region this year they know the rain we got an how much flooding there was, which is what caused the pool issues! Hoping for some awesome vouchers in the mail so we can have an even better return visit!!!!!!!

This casino is on an older boat but it is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of games in many denominations. You win some and you loose some just like any other casino however I never saw any big payouts in the 3 days we went. It is a long walk to the casino from the parking garage. They have a variety of restaraunts however we haven't tried any of them yet. They are kinda cheap on the comps and promos compared to other casinos we've been to. They have 2 levels for smoking and 1 level non smoking.

We came here to have dinner and gamble. We made a reservation at the steakhouse and when we should up they had given it away to another group that showed up early. We were on time, 15 min early. Our group had to sit at separate tables. The service was so terrible we got up and left. Had fun in the casino, it was a little smokey but always a great place to have fun. Just wish they had a decent place to eat there.

Very nice place. Registered and and played a few slots. Had dinner at Smoke & Rye which made my evening even better since I was celebrating my birthday alone. I had the most wonderful waitress and the greatest food I could ask for. I would definitely go back just for the food and the service.

We stayed in April 2018. We were planning a trip to Louisville and trying to find a hotel. This came up in our search at a lower rate AND if you register as a Total Rewards member you received a 50 percent discount on the room. I attribute this discount to visiting during non peak travel and some clean up due to recent Ohio River flooding (the pool was closed). Anyway, really nice rooms, very clean and quiet, and nice casino area (we mostly stayed on the non-smoking floor because of my allergies). The food at Smoke and Rye was delicious (waitress Dani was very helpful in selecting a cocktail). It's about 20-25 minutes back to Louisville so if you want something closer to downtown it might not be the right fit. Overall I would stay again.

Found this hotel/casino via Priceline and booked it for a great price. Room was very clean, nice sized. The place is huge and largely empty. Lots of repair going on since I understand a flood occurred. Getting to the casino from the hotel is quite a walk. A shuttle can assist, but I didn't see it coming back and forth to often. The casino itself is on multiple floors, and if I hadn't asked someone about blackjack tables I wouldn't found my preferred game. While the tables on the first floor were all shut down, tables were going on the second floor. No signs stating that was the case. I guess high stakes were on the third floor but that was only from what somebody said. No real buzz happening in the casino, blackjack payed 6:5. So not the best. Overall, clean good time. Just not much sizzle.
