Clean hotel, great food, big rooms, great Casino and awesome location. The only downside is the little elevators that can hold up to only 3~4 people(with baggage). For young travelers you'll find the Arrogance club that is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very high quality service. Great view from the rooms. Amazing environment in the pool bar area. Room cleaning service is OK. The Casino staff are very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice experience in all aspects. Exciting golden beach, 5-star International hotel (clean, delicious food, large rooms, cooperative staff, exciting scene). I highly recommend every one to spend his/her vacation there.

On the hollidaytrip we decide to go to the casino:) The Casino was pretty nice, all looks very clean and seriously! The personal was very friendly and there you see you saw a friendly member of the casinocrew. All could speak english as well and help you if they saw u have an Problem!

Excellent food, cozy and tidy rooms, perfect stuff in maybe the best location at Golden sands. This place is different than any other around and it is definitely the best! The only problem are the elevators.. It looks they are enough (3+2) but sometimes you need half an hour to get one.

Good hotel, clearly inspired by the Vegas behemoths. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is beautiful and there is a covered parking garage in the hotel, plus a well equipped gym. Location couldn't be more central, it's in the heart of Golden Sands. The rooms are on the small side, although the view we had was beautiful. The bathroom was very small and felt somewhat cheap; shower head broke off in my hand, although it was replaced immediately by the maintenance crew. Overall this is a good option for a short stay to party and gamble, the casino is clearly the main attraction of the property.

One of the best hotels with casino in Europe ! The staff and service , especially the front desk and security officers are excellent ! Rooms are clean and rates are very reasonable! Food is good ! The casino is one of the best in BG , with very professional staff ! Will recommend to all my friends !

What a pleasant surprise. We were attending a conference for couple of days hosted by Hotel. Ambience was excellent same as service and staff. Food was really good and room elegant with a fantastic sea view. Highly recommended.
