Indian Springs Hotel & Casino

We were recently at the Hard Rock for a concert, and I gotta say it's still one of my favorite casinos in Vegas. It's always easy to get in and out of, we've never had a problem with the staff either. The Joint is a great venue to see a concert at too, and their staff knows what they're doing when it comes to having direct people. Overall we always have a great time when we go to the Hard Rock. I would also recommend the hotel, the room we stayed in once was really nice and the beds are so comfortable! I really hope that there aren't a lot of changes made since it's been bought by Virgin.

Indian Springs Hotel & Casino

It was the nicest room we have had!! Quiet clean, clean and very clean!! We loved it. Check in was very smooth. Very nice people. Just in case you didn't know this but don't touch anything in the mini bar or snack bar unless you want to pay. They have sensors. My husband picked up a $9 jar of candy just to look but we didn't open it. We weren't charged. The Receptionist was cool about it but we know better next time. Lol This could happen somewhere where they may not be so cool. 😎 We would recommend this place 100 times!! Loved it!!

Had a suite for the day, and ate at Culinary Dropout. First the restaurant: the food was good, with a fair price and great service. Especially the pretzel-cheese fondue entree was amazing, and is great to share. The suite we were in was out of this world. Very spacious, modern design, with big windows. While you can watch the airplanes land and take off, it is still very quiet. And the huge walk-in shower was just breathtaking!

I Rented a suite at the HRH tower. The price was reasonable and the room was comfortable. If you love baths as much as my wife does, you'll love the tea for two tub. It's pretty darn big. The shower was great also, although it could use a little more water pressure. The bed is pretty comfortable too.

For the good parts, great bed and cool memorabilia. The bad parts - smokey downstairs. We had a long wait for check in. The room and lobby were warm. It's loud with the airport nearby. Bring earplugs. Take a $10 taxi ride to the strip - it's a really long walk.

So the only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars is due to some weird stuff going on when we started booking this. We wanted to book a hotel on the strip. Hard Rock HOTEL and Casino kept showing up, just off the main strip on the map on their site. We we're fine with this. We get to Vegas, and the Hotel is a 30 min walk from the strip! Problem is partially our fault, we should have checked Google maps as well. I would have also stayed on the strip for what we payed to stay at this hotel. We only choose Hard Rock because I had stayed at their Detroit location, and had a great experience. The Hotel is nice though, and they do have a free shuttle service. Unfortunately it only runs till 5pm, so you are either taking a taxi back to the hotel after that, or walking for a half hour. Room was nice, clean, spacious. Unfortunately we only had a view of the airport and planes taking off. Thankfully those walls and windows cancel the noise! Because there were planes flying by is all day and night! Restaurants in the hotel were good as well, staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great. A huge shout out to Quincy at the front desk. YOU ARE THE MAN. He was the face of the hotel when we arrived. He accommodated our every need. His kindness, welcoming nature, and excellent customer service was one of a kind. Thank you Quincy for going above and beyond! Staff was great. Room's are clean, the bell desk was awesome. I wish the room came with a coffee machine and a blow dryer. Pool is FABULOUS! They could use more people who come around for drinks while your gambling in the afternoon. Had to ask for someone, several times. However, in the evenings and nights, they kept coming by. Better staffing I suppose in the evening. Great stay over all. Thanks Hard Rock Hotel, for the experience and the added history lessons of music all over the hotel.

Amazing spa and environment! The pool is very nice. Only thing is if you want to eat at the cafe, get ready to wait for about 20 minutes or more for food that yoordered. We waited about 20 minutes for just fries! Other than that, bathrooms, spa, everything was great!

Indian Springs Café

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Spa services were amazing. In-room amenities could use a bit of an update (USB chargers, access to streaming services, etc.) but it's not enough to drop the rating at all. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous place. The pool is the best takes you back in time. The temperature of the pool is a bit of a shock at first being 92(f) but you quickly get used to and just float all your worries away. The cottage rooms are perfect. very spacious, clean and easy access to the other onsite activities. Hands down brilliant place to stay! Warning: the Spa treatments are not worth the price!
