I attended a work function held at the Crowne Plaza. We used the Concord meeting room which has University style tiered seating. The large screen worked great for our PowerPoint presentation. Every seat had its own power and Ethernet connection. This was a very well thought out room. We had lunch in another room. The food provided was very good. We had tomato and mozzarella salad, asparagus, and chicken breasts. I was surprised that the food was so tasty. Restrooms are conveniently located to the two rooms we used. Parking was plentiful, but uncovered. It was hot today 100° and my car was boiling. Overall, I really liked this venue for meetings and hope my company uses it again in the future.

We were there for some vendor training. Place was easy to find, and the staff knew EXACTLY where to direct us! The budget they had was very pleasing. Nice work!

Rooms are pretty good. Only gripe here is the ac units are ancient and sound like they're grinding coffee when they run. Location is not bad at all, lots to eat close and a trader Joe's across the street. Lobby and interior are very cool, with a putting green inside next to a very cool water feature.

I just stayed here this past Saturday and I really enjoyed this hotel as well as the Staff. It's a hidden gem if you ask me. When you walk in you see all these beautiful tress, ponds and lightning.
Had an amazing view from our room of the pool area and the breakfast is quite scrumptious. They offer many of selections for breakfast whether you're a meat eater or a vegetarian.
I definitely will stay here again and I do highly recommend this place if you just wanna escape for a day or two and just relax

It was not what I expected. I was surprised to see the deteriorated conditions that this Hotel is in. It does not give justice to the name Crown Plaza. Very nice attendants I have to say, and did not give me any trouble cancelling my reservation.
It has a very nice setup with the trees inside the pool, and the eating area very nice , but the room areas are so dirty, it is just not what I expect of a place where I want to rest in.

We stayed there for four days three nights. First of all they didn’t give us the room we paid for they gave us a queen bedroom even though it was five of us and we paid for a two bed bedroom. The next morning they offered free breakfast which was wonderful except I had a tiny insect crawling on my plate, we leave the hotel to explore California and when we come back to the room IT WASN’T CLEAN! We left all day and the room still wasn’t clean SERIOUSLY!! That same night my mom demanded we get our original room in which they still didn’t have ready so they ended up giving us someone else’s room like really? We left again the next morning only for our room to not be clean once again when we come back. We had just got done doing the Bay-to-Breaker and wanted to get cleaned up but NO new towels NO new wash rags. All I’m saying is if your looking for a hotel in California to stay at CROWNE PLAZA IS NOT THE PLACE!
Terrible service. Their communication to one another is very foreign. You’d be better off going to a motel.

Hotel doubled booked my room, another customer walked into the room while I was in it. The hotel itself is older and definitely shows it's age. Customer service was okay but didn't go above and beyond expectations.

I was just here as part of the decorating crew for a Sweet 16 bithday. There was 180 people there and the room decorated was absolutely beautiful. Also the management and staff were very helpful and easy to work with.
