5 Bridges Pub & Restaurant

This is our local neighbourhood pub. It's clean, the service is fast and friendly. Good collection of beers on tap. The classic burger and the fish and chips are always good. Recommended for good pub food and cold beer anytime.

Thursday night steak night is a bargain, and I highly advise trying them with some waffle fries and a nice tall stout or glass of scotch (or whatever creature you like). Their food is quite good and live music sometimes to ignite a jig. My one complaint, no Guinness. But they have other stouts and the service is nice so I'll be coming back for sure, and I highly, highly advise you try it and form your own opinion.

A pleasant surprise! The unassuming exterior does nothing for the great space inside. The food lives up to its name, bar and grill. Decent beer selection and it's always cold. Live music, pool tables, and a great atmosphere.

Good food, big desserts. The peanut butter burger is well worth trying. Granted, the combination doesn't sound like it'll work, but wow! Do yourself a favor, put aside your misgivings and try it. I can tell you for sure unless you have an allergy to peanuts this is well worth your time. As for the desserts... Well, I had the carrot cake cheesecake. Let's just say despite the fact that I'm a big guy I had a hard time finishing it. It was almost too much.

Great food, but you get what you paid. Super reasonable price and big portions, however the service was just fair. We ordered an appetizer, and hadn't received it for 40 minutes. People that had arrived after us had gotten their food and finished eating before we even received our appetizer. We then received our meals, in reasonable time, and in the lobster mac and cheese, which is not supposed to have mushrooms, had a mushroom in it, and the chicken we got for the second dish was overcooked and dry, not to mention that this was my back-up option because they had run out of the Stuffed Haddock.... I would return to give them the benefit of the doubt, and try something different on the menu, and seeing how I heard all good things about the place.

Food was good. Milkshake good but very pricey. Skip the clams the people at my table who got them didn't like. Very small broken up pieces. Club sandwiches was good. Good fries.

Food was great, but waiting to be greeted by a host was way too long. I have no problem waiting for a table but please be present to welcome guests. Also don't shout across the restaurant to ask if I've been served a drink, come to the table. I get it's a casual restaurant but some manners are still appreciated :)

We came here off the recommendation of a celiac friendly app. Extremely clear menu, everything labeled. Separate deep fryer for fries. Food was excellent, great service, and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.
