Isle of Capri casino has always been my 3rd favorite casino in Lake Charles proper. I do think they have improved some. Seems as if it was less smoky than in the past. BUT, me and the wife like to go there because we seem to win just a little better. Maybe its our imagination or maybe they are looser with the slots...not sure. I think we do a little better on craps too so it's probably just our imagination.

I like coming here more than the fancier casinos. They take really good care of their guests and appreciate return business with great comps. Most of the dealers are friendly and helpful.They have $5 tables which I love because I don't always want a $15-20 a hand table. They should put another Texas Hold-em bonus table up as it is my favorite and always crowded while tables around are consistently wide open. Our room was clean and cozy. The food at the burger place was actually very tasty. I ate the mushroom swiss. Nice place to go for a great date weekend. Will get 5* when they get another table up and running.

We call ahead to have a room for 2 night. I ask can I reserve I’m on my way the lady said if you on your way just come on we have plenty rooms. I got there in 30 mins front desk told they was booked and recommended me to stay at they casino inn next door. I said fine we paid 149.00 a night plus tax. The at front gave my husband and a 2 bed room went back down stairs and we need a king she got the nerve to tell me we still can sleep together. The room are clean but no icebox no microwave for the price I paid never again will I spend my money at this place.????????

So far, Isle of Capri is the best casino in the area. We had a great time hitting the slots and playing $5 blackjack. Drink service was quick and drinks weren't watered down. Easy access off of interstate 10. Isle of Capri is like a diamond in the rough.

Great place to shop. Employees were nice and helpful, treated me like I mattered and was not treated like just another customer. Many places to shop, it's very diverse and a lot of restaurants as well. Not very far from i210 either. I would recommend at least stopping in and trying the place out

I stay every now and then. I'm a gold member so the room are free, but this stay i lost a decent amount of money. But the room was okay.. strong cigarette smell, sticky carpet, a/c sucked. So I guess room wasn't okay.

The rooms are nice and I believe remodeled. Very clean. You can request late check in and late check out. If you play at the casino, you can earn discounted or free rooms. Also they run specials. It was quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfy, curtains are thick. Water is always hot. Will stay again.

Staff was nice, except the housekeeping. As i was trying to rest all i could hear was them talking about other employees in the hall. Horrible language. The room was not clean, sheets had holes, there were spots all over the mirror, toenails on the floor and the toilet was dirty. Room had an awful smell, and the remote did not work. When i left i forgot seceral items, including a necklace. When i called back it was nowhere to be found and they seemed to not care to find it. They definitely need to monitor their housekeepers more. One told me she was an inmate in prison!

Room attached to the casino are way nicer than the tower rooms but great either way if you get comps. Casino slots are fun but don't pay out as much as they use to after management change. Waitresses on good days are cool but sometimes snappy. Over all great place to hang out considering it's one of the older casinos in Lake Charles.

I went on Thanksgiving night since they were one of the only restaurants open. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. The price was good as well. The only downside was that the menu didn't give a description of what you were ordering. That would have made my decision a little easier. However, the item I chose was yummy!
