Nice place. The room was very comfortable, we slept well. Had fun down at the Casino, we had plenty of choices of slot machines. Every one of the employees we encountered were very nice and helpful. Only regret was I didn't make it down to the pool. Would definitely stay again.

First time staying at this resort. Staff and room were very nice. Restaurant food was very good. Won money at the blackjack tables and the dealers were very personable. Only criticism was that the pool area had some lounge chairs and shade umbrellas that needed replacement. Would think this would be done annually as needed.

All inclusive resort. Has a super nice spa. Great live music to dance to in the bar. Good food. Interesting NM law doesn't allow alcohol on The casino floor and they are serious about that. I also don't like all the cigarette smoke in the casino. Really was a GREAT experience.

We stayed at this resort overnight after we attended a friend's wedding there. The decor is very nice, rooms are very clean, and the food was very good. We appreciated the upgraded room decor and bathrooms. It made it feel very upscale. The wedding hall was very spacious and lovely. They did a great job setting up the wedding decor. We appreciated security making sure drunk guests weren't getting too obnoxious. Overall it was a nice experience.

Service from restaurants and casino was horrible. No customer service skills. But the worst part is that I woke up to bed bug bites at 2 am and caught a couple bed bugs. Very gross and uncomfortable. Will never stay here again.

Guest was very helpful in resolving the issue. Apologetic. Luke was great and did his best to fix the problem. I do appreciate that but I am shying away from any hotel.

I love visiting this resort. The staff is incredible from the front desk clerk to housekeeping. Love the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room had the most incredible view. By far one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. Will come back time and time again.

A true Vegas experience in Albuquerque! The casino is well laid out, the table games are orchestrated by friendly, well-trained dealers, and they have complimentary water and soda. Alcohol is not allowed in the casino floor, but there's a central bar. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The restaurants leave a little to be desired, but the staff there are very cordial as well. Definitely a fun place to stay!

When I made my reservation I asked for a room with one bed non handicap. They advised me they had several rooms that were regular rooms. I reserved it. They also informed me check in time was 3:00.
I arrived at Isleta Casino Hotel to check in at 3:00 pm. First they advised me that I was in a handicap room then proceeded to advise me that the room wasn't ready. It took them 1 1/2 hours before it was ready.
I will say I enjoyed my stay here. I just hope they work on their promise to make us happy, and comfortable.

Location is great. Right before you get to Albuquerque. The service is really good. I'm treated as a very welcomed guest. Didn't stay overnight but will definitely try to next time I'm there. Highly recommend!

We loved the food, the atmosphere, the prices. Very Boston-New England. So fun right after a Patriots game. The seafood was awesome.
