The facility is up to date lots of slots and tables to play at. The cashing in of vouchers is extremely easy and fast.I enjoy visiting this casino even though I have never won a jackpot. I would have given 5 stars.

Pretty large casino in downtown Detroit. Really convenient location with a lot of food options. Would definitely comeback again. Well connected building too

First visit, very impressed. Clean, friendly, and relatively loose/fair slot play. They even have quite a few 3 reel classic slots still in operation, love it. I Left with a few of their benny's. So yeah!! Check it out, parking costs suck, but hey it's the city.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Detroit. To get to the casino you walk across a beautiful overpass. The slot machines are divided into smoking and non-smoking sections. There was great live music, with a cafe open late. The casino was clean and tasteful, plus there was a Starbucks on the lobby. When we were checking in there was an obvious do.estic dispute being handled by the police. The front desk was apologetic and professional in the way they handled it. We will be back the next time we are in town. Thank you!!

This was my first experience at a casino, so I don't have any thing to compare to..... overall, it was a fun date night. We spent a lot of time just walking around before I felt comfortable enough to enjoy a few games..... I was disappointed in the limited smoke free area (only about 10% of the casino floor) and in the lack of variety of games offered (there are just different slot machines and not much else)..... I was very impressed with the casino staff! They were patient and very informative for two people learning the ropes!

Had a great breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning! Wait staff and cooks were great. Really made us feel welcome. The folks in the casino were very friendly and helpful also. Didn't win any money, but had a good experience. Been there on weekend nites and am very uncomfortable with the groups of people hanging around the parking deck entrances.

Five stars when we win. You win some you lose some or go home close to even which is three stars. They got us to come down for free blankets by 5 pm 12-9-17. We were there by 3 but alas they were all gone. Instead we got $10 in free play big whoop. Everybody in the damn place had blankets but us and anyone else arring after 3 even though it was supposed to go to 5pm.

I lost my phone there today, and gentleman working there tonight/day (after 4:00) and SECURITY where people come in--HELPED ME find my SAMSUNG GALAXY 4 phone. EVERYONE WAS SO NICE. From the gentleman who helped, inquired at place people enter in back, to cleaning person--soon helpful. I hope they are given a THANK YOU for helping find my phone (with a pink painted dot on it.) We came on a bus from Flint, Mi. HAPPY THANKSGIVING Lucille

I hate to even give 1 star. We have been frequenting Greektown Casino for years and years. I have no complaints about the hotel but we will NEVER return to the casino. Tonight my husband and I waited in line for a drink at one of the bars upstairs. We were finally next in line. I stepped up and a girl rudely walked in front of me on her phone and addressed the bartender. My husband said excuse me to her. She didn’t hear because she was busy talking on her phone. So he tapped her shoulder and said excuse me. The bartender proceeded to wait on me (as she knew we had been patiently waiting). Well the rude female on the phone decided to cause a huge scene and started calling the bartender racist because she was white and we were white. When in all actuality, we were just next in line. So because she decided to “file a racial complaint against the bartender”...all of the sudden my husband and I were involved in a “so-called altercation” and were kicked out of the Casino for a “24 hour cool down period”. So the hotel room that we had booked for the night is sitting empty and we are driving home over an hour because of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Security wouldn’t even take the time to watch the video (as I requested) to see that we had done nothing wrong in the whole incident, and neither had the bartender. The worst part of all is that we were escorted out by like 10 security guards like we had actually done something wrong. How embarrassing. As far as I am concerned, if anyone should be filing a complaint for harassment, it should be my husband and I. And I may just look into this. We should not be treated as criminals when we did not misbehave. We spent thousands of dollars there in our 24 hour stay and were supposed to be there another night. Instead, we had people staring at us like we were some sort of criminal or something. Shame on you Greektown Casino security. You might want to rethink your policy and actually do a little investigating before treating people so poorly. Or you might just catch a lawsuit..and I am not above it at this point.

Oh my goodness Mark and I had the best time ever here. The food is wonderful and it just kept on coming. The atmosphere is like amazing. We had the best time ever here. We will be back real soon. Love you so much. Comp us a room on the weekend. Promise, we will use it. Thank you so much. Free noon alcoholic beverages you get self serve. We had the honeymoon style time. You are the best.
