The customer service here is horrible from the bars to the customer service staff. I asked a staff member at the customer service desk a simple question about my parking validation. He then proceed to talk down to me and told me it's my job to clock in and out of the table like a time clock which isn't true. Then he said to go to the craps dealer which i did and she was very kind and said all I had to do is wait a few minutes and parking was validated. I don't understand why this "customer service rep" thought he had to talk down to me especially when he didn't know what he was talking about. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

If you're goth they will turn you away at the door. Parking is $25. Dj has poor sound quality speakers, free coffee always has too much sugar. Security is overtly paranoid about everyone and looks at you as if you're doing something wrong. Slots. YOU WILL LOSE. There's no hope for you here, you're straight up going to get screwed and it's sugar coated by shiny new hi-res con machines. Stay away from the slots. Tables are as you would expect. Despite security being paranoid, they can care less about all the beggars and trash two feet out the door. Expect to be asked for money but not before being asked what time it is or some other fake bit of small talk which wastes your time.
This place is good only for those who are on 3rd shift looking for a place to hang out all night.

In my opinion sunday is the best day to go. If you've ever been to Vegas, this casino will seem small, even with two floors. But on Sunday it's rare not to have the machine or table game you want available.

Had such a great time on Sunday Dec. 17, 2017 won free tickets to Browns game and stopped in since I was already there. The staff and everyone was professional and friendly. They had the type of slots I enjoy most, the ones with lots of bonus games. It was so fun....I hesitate to say this but I did win money playing here and it was enough to finish my Christmas. I was the lady squealing and calling to my friend who was there to see. Wasn't huge but sure made my day. Thanks so much Jack Cleveland can't wait to visit again.

Love all the Christmas decorations that I saw when I visited your downtown Cleveland casino around Christmas. Very festive and it makes one very happy to be there.I enjoy coming every year just to see all the decorations.You always have some different machines to try that other casinos don"t have.I also enjoy the employees that come around and ask you if you want something to drink. I got asked on both floors.I play Wonder Women every time I visit{one of my favorite machines} and was asked by Annette McCoy if I was enjoying myself. Still have to get out to Thistledown to see my first horse race.

Different games to choose from. Good buffet well prepared. Clean mostly the staff is helpful.

Like any casino around there’s never enough money to spend and my KENO NUMBERS come up on the screen before or after I’ve played them. Nice place to play and the drinks are strong. What can I say? Have fun and good luck!

My review is based on the misrepresentation of parking. I came up from Bath. We parked in the Jack s parking garage. When I and my 3 other friends signed up for a Jacks membership . I WAS GIVEN a business card with the price of parking. We dined at the buffet, which was less than average..
Then the 4 of us played slots in excess of 1 hour among the four of which did not amount to free parking, so we left thinking we would pay $25.00 based on the information on Jack business card.
As we left the garage the cashier told us
$50.00.
Never have I payed 50.00 we payed it with our trip to Jacks very bittersweet
