Clean, quiet, friendly service, easy parking and really good mattresses! Right in downtown Ely so you can walk to the many restaurants and shops or just to walk off a good meal. The cell block steakhouse is excellent!

Wow, this was a really cool, clean motel. There were a couple of stains but everything else felt super clean. I loved the town and everyone was really genuine. If i needed to come back to Ely, Nevada i would stay here again.

Friendly staff, quaint establishment, rooms are nice. There's a Steak house and a Mexican restaurant inside, a Chinese restaurant next door to the casino, Denny's across the street and a few bars nearby to walk to.

This place is so cool. East a good steak in a jail cell with fun and friendly staff. You won't regret it!

The front desk person at la Quinta recommended eating here for dinner. We took his advice. Their food wasnt great. The ribs tasted as if they were boiled and placed on a grill for a few minutes, then smothered with store bought BBQ sauce. Was quite disappointing.

Perfect grilled moist salmon. Beautiful twice baked potato with bacon. Fresh with a crisp bite steamed asparagus. The hostess was lovely. Lori our waitress is wonderful! Thank you Jail House Cell Block! Perfect evening.
