I’ve been going to the lucky eagle for years always seem to play longer on money than any other casino, have hit several jackpots and smaller hand pays, just wish the buffet was back.

I’ve had good days, bad days, and great days at the casino in Rochester Washington. My first few overnight stays were in the Chehalis room suite. Now, let me tell you about sweet. One room was an extra large bedroom, and the other a spacious, stylish, and modern, seems like lounge or break room. My girlfriend and I loved the jetted jacuzzi and extra roomy shower. This was an amazing experience. We were so looking forward to our second weekend stay in that same Chehalis suite the following month. Unfortunately, this time I would have preferred a lack of service to the seemingly extra effort of one individual employee who went out of her way to make sure this stay would be most likely our last and left us scratching our heads for weeks. The night of our check-in begin late as we both had work to do throughout the day and evening. We had this weekend comped for two overnights, still we decided to show the hotel they’re due respect by letting them know that we would be arriving quite late. Then we got a flat tire in Tenino, Washington. I Must’ve made four or five phone calls to the hotel that evening and the early morning to explain our situation and make sure our room would still be waiting when we finally arrived. After such a long day and evening the peace of mind was worth the extra effort of communication. It wasn’t until 2am or so that we arrived. We had been reassured through every single phone interaction that our room would be waiting. Much to our chagrin a hostess that we did not speak with earlier on the phone named Melissa very unsympathetically, unapologetically and downright abrasively told us there is no room for us, before even asking my name. that it had taken us too long. However we were still charged our comp, And she continued that unfortunately there are no more rooms for us. We said that we would take anything and she told us that was pretty stupid because we’d be wasting our final suite comp on a regular room. It was an awful experience. We have been back to the casino, and have never been back to the hotel since. Melissa made us feel unwanted, unprepared, and flat out less-than. She straight up stole the suite we reserved and “paid for” right from under our nose and gave it to someone else and double charged us for one evening. We will never forget that evening, nor Melissa
