This has almost become the "go-to" place in the Gold Coast. Lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from and the refurbishment has been great. Fun "happening" atmosphere as well. Security was very respectful and accommodating and staff were generally friendly and helpful. The new '19 bar' was on a class all on its own and a great asset to the Casino. A 'must do' venue for your night out in the Gold Coast.

Always love visiting and staying here. You don't have to leave the hotel during your stay because everything is catered for. Staff always friendly and available. The new Buffet restaurant is amazing...a must try.

The new look is good. The staffs were so nice. But only thing I didn't feel comfortable was , the car park was too dark. I had to turn the headlights on for driving inside the Famous casino indoor carpark. I hope you can improve the lighting. Thanks

Amazing hotel :) ...just attended a 2 day workshop with my partner and friends and we'll we didn't really get a full experience of the hotel with eating at the restaurant or actually sleeping or even going into the cinema there. But from what I did experience it was so great. :) One that I will never forgot as my partner and I really enjoyed it that we want to come back.

Stayed at Conrad Jupiters last weekend. Never been a fan of the Gold Coast or casinos, but had a very pleasant stay. Stayed in a standard room. Size was average and the bathroom on the smaller side. Great view, though. The food was a definite strength - had a room service dinner and the food was divine (and reasonably priced for 5 star facility). Morning breakfast buffet was good, although staff could have been more attentive to service. Fitness centre was reasonable, although somewhat dated (particularly for a facility also open to public use). Problem with in-house movie was quickly remedied and charge was reversed without issue. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would have no problem recommending to others.

Food from the Imperial was incredible with really lovely service. The room was beautifully renovated, and the bed was exactly what I needed after a busy day. So soft and comfortable 😊

The Star Casinos new make over is absolutely amazing, we had an amazing night in the Garden Bar, with to die for food, and cold drinks served all night. The staff were friendly, helpful and a delight to be around. I'll definitely be back to the Star Gold Coast soon!

The Star Gold Coast is a premiere attraction of the city. We will definitely looking forward to stay here again for next visit. Every staff was friendly and deliver excellent customer service. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Went to a show too and that was awesome!!

Great location for a party, or an average meal. The large atmosphere can suit a range of young and old, depending on the theme. They have a concert room and the shows can be entertaining.
If you like a punt, there’s your opportunity to place your bets!
Parking is possible, but not always easy.

From Gambling, Dinner, Public Viewing, Cinema Dancing, being social with friends up to World - Class Comedy and Shows - The Star has it all. The building is easy to reach, located close to the Public Transport System. Guests who attempt arriving by car can enjoy free parking facilities. The Property is presents itself with different faces: The exquisite mix between classic and modern design impresses the eye and invites to relax, party, gamble, eat and drink. The choice between incredible outdoor and indoor space keeps the night interesting. The gambling machines allow to play from as little as one dollar and offer the one or two winning experience. Please stay responsible though 😊 The Star is a great recommendation for Tourists and Locals - It always has something to offer 😊
