Had a fantastic stay here. Started at the entrance being greeted by the valet who took charge of our luggage and car. Check in without a booking wasn't an issue either. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Miss Songs and Quarterdeck had divine food and service.
Loved our stay will certainly stay here again. Had a look through the casino, but didn't play at all.

Looking great with a new quarter deck bar and a face lift for the rest of the place. I wasn't overly impressed with the restaurant food in the casino restaurant but the prices weren't too bad. A great experience over all.

Surprised. Fulfilled. Happy. The updated decor and new vibe is fantastic. Miss Song's and particularly our waiter Ugo, provided a unique experience that was totally unexpected. Great food and respectable wine list. Will be back!

Probably the most happening place in Townsville... Saturday night so many people... I couldn't believe both the bars and casino were full. Casino is a bit smaller but quite good. Food in the bar especially the pizzas are best items you can have there..

Love this hotel I stayed here over Christmas 2017 and will be returning this July 2018. The hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and helpful. The quarterdeck bar is worth a visit even if you aren't staying at this hotel and serve awesome cocktails. The casino isn't very big. The rooms were a good size and the hotel was surprisingly affordable especially for being over the Christmas period when I went. The hotel deserves the 5 star review
