Hotel stinks.. Very reminiscent of a college dorm. Stains everywhere, no mini-fridges in rooms. Good luck finding your room. I was handed my keys and given no directions. They have two different numbering systems. I got to lug my suitcase all over the building.

Stay at this hotel regularly in my line of work. Very disorganized and unfriendly staff. Unreliable airport shuttle service. Look elsewhere for a pleasant hotel experience.

My husband, daughter and 3 of her friends stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Although the rooms and furniture are outdated, we stayed in the Suite which was wonderfully spacious and comfortably fit us all. The pull out sofa was broken, but roll away beds were brought instead. The pool area is really nice, however we were disappointed the hot tub was temporarily out of commission.
A gentleman named Pierre helped us out with a few things and his customer service was A+++!!! Hotels need more "Pierre's" around! Thank you Pierre!
All in all, we will be back. For the pool area, the large suites, and the great customer service provided by Pierre!!!!

Wish I could rate this NO stars. I am working with the IHG group to see if they will make this right. But if not, I will never stay at or recommend this hotel. Shame because it's a great location, and I've had such good luck with other IHG hotels around the country.

I took my son and three of his friends to enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi for his birthday. My room was not ready on time. I waited a hour for my room to be ready. When I finally able to get in my room. It was almost 100 degrees in the room. The knob on the thermostat was missing and I went to the front desk to get some assistance. The maintenance man checked out the thermostat and removed a square on the ceiling leading to the thermostat box where he stated to me that the valve needed to be replaced and he couldn't adjust the temperature. He left the square on the ceiling opening. At 5'0 tall I could not close the ceiling and forgot to ask him to cover it back. The front desk tried to accommodate me by providing me with a different room but all room were booked because of the March Maddness Basketball teams were there. I said we will keep the room because I did not not want to ruin my son weekend. I brought two cartons of ice cream and placed them in the refrigerator/ freezer. During the celebration the boys wanted ice cream and I went to the freezer to discover that the refrigerator was not working as well. Front desk couldn't help me that too would take a few hours to fix according to the maintenance man. Towards the end of the night when the boys were getting ready to sleep. I pulled out the pull-out-sofa and found a USED Trojan condom and its blue wrapper. I was so disgusted I made all the boys wash there hands. I went to the first desk to get new linens. After everything that occurred to me I left the boys in the room with my boyfriend and walked to the bar appx 1145pm to get me a shot on brandy. The bartender told me that she didn't want to serve me then proceeded to serve other people. The lady next to me said something and she said she didn't know how to make my drink and technically she wasn't suppose to serve me because its last call. The lady asked what time did the bar close and the bartender said 1230. I was there until 1250 and she was still serving drinks. I asked for one drink which was B&B brands straight no ice. I could not believe what I went thur at this hotel. I
forgot to mention during the time the boys were playing in the room a mouse fell from the ceiling and ran all over room!!! My boyfriend opened all the cabinets hoping that the mouse would run into a cabinet. NOT ONLY did I NOT sleep but I had to keep all our overnight bags in my car! Worst experience ever! This hotel came highly recommended to me

Holiday Inn is now the Radisson Inn. Great and helpful staff! Food was amazing too!

The location is the best thing this hotel has going for it. It's employees, for the most part, are rude and unhelpful. The rooms are barely at an acceptable level of cleanliness. I'd recommend avoiding this hotel if possible.
