Great location and friendly staff. Majority of video poker machines are old and outdated. Seems like feast or famine with their slots. Some new and modern, some old and useless. They need to bring back The Walking Dead and install video poker machines that have spin poker!!!!

Stayed here at the RV park over an extended Labor Day weekend and had some packages delivered. The front desk went over and above when one unexpected package arrived after we'd left. They called to notify me and are happily forwarding for us. They also found a just delivered a package just delivered it to us. That's great customer service.

I enjoy this casino every time I go. Enjoy the drink service while playing machines. Machines here didn't totally disappoint me.

We love the atmosphere of the casino. Food is good. Just was not happy with service in the 2 bar areas. Enjoyed the entertainment but in both areas, service was very VERY slow. I even had to go to the bar as the bartender was more interested in talking with staff then doing her job. 5 star for the rest.....1 for the service!

I love the location and the free drink policy. I would rate five stars, but they don't have my favorite slot machine. Action Bank is a great machine, but Bay Mills does not have any there.

Great casino to visit if you like playing penny machine. No enthusiasm from employees or guests. Extremely popular for guests over the age of 65.

Lots of games to choose from slots and table games. Attentive servers won't let you go thirsty. Restaurants are both good. Have stayed at campground and it has nice pull through sites with a nice shower building and hotel is nice as well.

This is a very nice place. Casino has a lot of different machines, something for everyone. The staff was very nice too. We did not stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant and the food was excellent. There is also a little history to read about the restaurant.

Our very own Vegas. Great food at the buffet and in the Back Bay as well. If your a golfer you MUST play Wild Bluff. It's a beautiful course for any skill level.

Bay mills resort & casinos is located in beautiful Bay mills mi on the edge of the whiskey bay. They have a hotel, golf course, boat launch, restaurants, bars, and a gaming floor for those 18 years of age or older. They provide a very pleasant atmosphere for the family as well as catering to those who are there to have a good time. Would highly recomend to anyone looking to relax and have a good time
