Great place to have a great time! The bed was really comfortable which I was honestly surprised. I have a lot of back problems and have a extremely hard time finding a place with comfortable beds!

Unfortunately I was discriminated against for having a neurological disease. Even though I explained my situation to them they still wouldn't serve me, because I limp. Even though I was spending the night there. They also did it to a friend of mine that had a prostetic leg. I wasn't by any means intoxicated only limping because of my disease. I wasn't causing problems.

Took some friends to gamble! Meet with the most unfriendly customer person I have ever met!!!! Could or did know how the help the new couple with the free play. Only the floor people were able to help us. These people were good gamblers. The floor people told us we had to play certain machines. Had to walk around for a long time to locate the correct machines. In the future we may have to travel 38 miles and try Touch casino. John Freeman

Very nice place to stay. I stayed in the buisness king and was very impressed. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The whole hotel was updated not that long so it has a very nice presentation. There was also a tablet in the room which comes in every room that has tons of useful apps and even games to play. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice and warm. Casino was also very nice with a great variety to choose from. If I'm every up in the area again I will definitely be choosing this hotel.

Room was ok but fair for the price, checking in process for a group could of been explained better and not made so difficult. We reserved a block of rooms under one person's name to be assigned later but because no one called personally to make reservations for the rooms our reservations were cancelled and it was over an hour for it to be figured out and resolved. Was told how we tried to reserve the rooms was not how they did things, but while getting checked in neumerous other guests showed up with reservations exactly how we had tried to make ours. There was even a phone call 2 weeks out to confirm that we had reservations but there must of been a misunderstanding because our block of rooms was still available but no reservations had been made yet, when the initial call was for reservations for a Block of rooms.

We just had our family reunion at the casino Saturday July 21 and had people come in from Virginia,Chicago Wisconsin,Washington state,Missouri and Florida and we had a great time. The food and service were great and heard no complaints about anything thank you very much.

I had a wonderful time at the buffet and casino. The staff was friendly and seemed to make the effort to really take care of you as a guest. I especially liked that the casino wasn't too smokey. A+ experience!
