Beautiful place to stay. You can walk everywhere from here. The staff are friendly and very accommodating! Great food in the restaurants. The view from our room was amazing!

Nice hotel with private beach. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. It is located at the City Center and you can walk to anywhere. The down side is you have to pay extra $10 for parking it will be nice if it is included for hotel guest.

Went to the Hooded Merganser on the holiday Monday after Canada Day, they were very busy but accommodating considering we didn't call ahead. The chickpea and potato curry can be made vegan with no yogurt and with the naan substituted with rice. Very comforting on a rainy day. Also, they were very attentive considering how busy they were. Would return!

Great hotel. Easy to get to, amazing location. Spacious rooms, excellent staff. Close to downtown and a short stroll to the beach boardwalk. Highly recommended.

Good place overall. Rooms are clean. If you can, try and get a room in the west wing as that building is newer and nicer. The gym is nice and open 24 hrs which is great but a bit inconvenient to get to. Can also hear lots of noise from the outside as well so wish they spent more on soundproofing. Still a good experience overall.

Old wing of the hotel is fine. Rooms have mini fridge and nice bathrooms. Great views of the lake and Penticton. Walking distance to events and downtown Penticton. Barking Parrott is great priced pub fare but long waits when busy.

Great lake view. Lovely rooms with everything you need. Seem to be recently updated. The staff were the key highlight here. So helpful. Also the location is awesome! Right on the water & easy walk along the promenade. I'll go back

Great views on lake-side of resort, both the hotel restaurant/pub and the hotel bar are very convenient and met expectations. Front desk staff very helpful. Dated building, but well maintained and reno'd.

Awesome place. Naturally there was room for improvement as construction was going on and the hostess at the restaurant had some attitude, but the coffee at the coffee bistro was amazing and the view while sipping it was nice.
Also very helpful staff when I enquired about wedding accommodation.
